Claims (48)

  1. 표식으로 향하여 광을 지향시키고, 표식으로부터 반사된 반사광을 집광함으로써 빛의 반사율이 상이한 부분을 가지는 표식을 판독하기 위한 주사장치에 있어서, (a) 주사기의 구성부와 (b) 제1 및 제2각쌍의 주사단부 사이에서 제1 및 제2주사방향으로 왕복회동시키기 위한 구성부를 실장하기 위한 지지수단과, (c) 상기 제1 및 제2주사방향에 따라 광을 지향시키기 위해 상기 제1 및 제2쌍의 주사단부 사이에서 상기 구성부를 동시에 왕복시키도록 상기 제1 및 제2주사방향에서 상기 구성부를 동시에 이동시켜서 표식상에 2차원 주사패턴을 얻기 위한 판독 개시 수단을 포함한 표식주사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지지수단은 2개의 직교평면에서 진동하는 제1 및 제2직교 주사방향에서 상기 구성부를 왕복회동시키게 협조되도록 위치된 제1 및 제2진동수단을 포함하는 표식주사장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 판독-개시수단은 제1 및 제2직각주사방향에서 상기 구성부를 왕복 회동시키도록 상기 제1 및 제2진동수단을 동시에 진동시키기 위한 전기적인 엑큐에이터를 포함하는 표식주사장치.

  7. 제6항에 있어서, 제2진동수단은 상기 U자형 스프링 수단의 하나의 암상에 고정되는 일단과 베이스에 고정되는 타단을 가지는 평면스프링 수단을 포함하도록 한 표식주사장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 제2진동수단은 하나의 중앙 암과 한 쌍의 외부 암을 가진 S자형 판 스프링 수단을 포함하고, 상기 지지수단을 베이스에 고정되고 상기 S자형 판 스프링 수단 및 상기 U자형 스프링 수단에 부착되니 제1평면스프링 수단과 상기 베이스 및 상기 S자형 판 스프링 수단의 중앙 암에 고정판 제2평면스프링 수단을 더 포함하도록 한 표식주사장치.

  13. 제4항에 있어서 상기 제1 및 제2진동수단은 표식상의 리사아쥬 주사패턴을 얻도록 일정의 주파수비에서 진동되게 설치된 표식주사장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 제1진동수단은 상기 구성부가 하나의 암에 실장되는 한 쌍의 암을 가지는 U자형 스프링 수단을 포함하고, 상기 제2진동수단은 하나의 단부가 베이스에 고정되고 다른 자유단부가 U자형 스프링 수단의 다른 안에 고정되는 평면스프링을 포함하며, 상기 U자형 스프링 수단의 암은 2개 직교평면중의 하나의 평면에서 진동하고 상기 평면 스프링수단은 상기 2개의 직교평면중의 나머지 다른 하나의 평면에서 비틀림 진동하도록 구성된 표식주사장치.

  24. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 자기적으로 활성화되는 복귀수단은, 상기 구성부에 부착된 레버에 실정되는 영구자석과, 상기 구성부의 평형위치에서 상기 영구자석과 이웃되게 설치된 자석코어부재들을 포함하고, 상기 복원력은 상기 영구자석과 상기 자석코어로부터 발산되는 자계의 상호 작용에 의하여 얻어지고 상기 자속코어로부터 발산되는 자계는 상기 판독-게시수단에 의하여 발생되며 상기 자석의 반복운동은 상기 자석코어를 지나가도록 구성된 표식주사장치.

  28. 표식을 향하여 광을 지향시킨 후 표식으로부터 반사된 반사광을 집광함으로써 빛의 반사율이 상이한 부분을 가지는 표식주사용 장치에 있어서, (a)주사기 구성부와, (b)상기 구성부를 왕복회동 하도록 실장하고, 제1 및 제2 주사단부 사이에서 원호방향으로 상기 구성부를 왕복회동 시키는 스프링 등의 복원력을 얻기 위한 탄성복귀 수단을 가지는 지수단과, (c)상기 제1 및 제2주사단부 사이에서 상기 구성부를 왕복회동시키도록 상기 제1 및 제2원주방향으로 상기 구성부를 이동시키기 위한 판독-개시수단을 구비한 표식주사장치.
  29. 제30항에 있어서, 상기 판독-개시수단은 상기 구성부를 상기 제1 및, 제2주사단부 사이에서 왕복 회동시키며, 전기적으로 작동되는 엑츄레이터를 포함하도록 구성된 표식주사장치.
  30. 제31항에 있어서, 상기 액츄레이터는 전자석 코일과, 상기 구성부에 작동 가능하게 접속되고 상기 코일이 여자되어 있는 동안 상기 코일에 근접하거나 멀어지도록 이동 가능한 영구자석으로 구성된 표식주사장치.

  38. 제39항에 있어서, 상기 구성부를 이동시키는 단계는 상기 구성부를 높은 주파수 영역에서 제1주사방향으로 진동시킴과 동시에 낮은 주파수 영역에서 제2주사방향으로 진동시켜서 상기 높은 주파수 영역내의 하나의 주파수를 가지는 제1신호와 상기 낮은 주파수 영역내의 하나의 주파수를 가지는 제2신호의 중첩으로 이루어지고 상기 균일에 인가되는 구동신호에 응답하여 표식상의 래스터형 주사패턴을 얻도록 한 단계가 포함된 표식주사장치.
  39. 표식을 향하여 광을 지향시킨 후 표식으로부터 반사된 반사광을 집광함으로써 빛의 반사율이 상이한 부분을 가지는 표식을 주사하는 방법에 있어서, (a)제1쌍 및 제2쌍의 주사단부에서 양방의 원주방향으로 왕복회동하도록 평형위치에 있는 지지수단에 상기 주사기 구성부를 실장하는 단계와, (b) 상기 제1 및 제2원주방향으로 상기 구성부를 이동시키는 단계와, (c) 상기 제1 및 제2주사단부에서 상기 구성부를 왕복회동시키도록 평형위치에 상기 구성부를 자기적으로 힘을 인가하는 단계를 구비한 표식주사방법.
  40. 제41항에 있어서, 자기적으로 힘을 인가하는 단계는, 지지수단에 고정된 투자성자석 코어와 상기 구성부에 이동 가능하게 연결된 영구자석 사이에서의 상호작용에 의해 얻어지도록 한 표식주사장치.
  41. 표식을 향하여 광을 지향시킨 후 표식으로부터 반사된 반사광을 집광함으로써 빛의 반사율이 상이한 부분을 가지는 표식주사용 장치에 있어서, (a)주사기 구성부와, (b)주사단부 사이의 양방의 원주방향으로 축주위에서 왕복 회동시키고, 주사단부 사이의 정지위치로 복귀하도록 상기 구성부를 실장한 지지수단과, (c)상기 정지위치부터 이 정지 위치와는 소정 각도로 떨어진 하나의 주사단부까지 상기 원주방향중 일방으로 상기 구성부를 이동시킴과 동시에 상기 정지위치로부터 소정각도 떨어진 또 하나의 다른 주사단부까지 상기 정지 위치를 지나는 상기 원주방향중의 또 하나의 다른 방향으로 상기 구성부를 복귀시키도록 함으로써, 상기 양 주사단부 사이에서 상기 구성부가 반복하여 왕복 운동하여 표식상에서 주사패턴을 얻도록 하기 위한 판독-개시수단을 구비하는 표식주사장치.
  42. 제43항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 하나의 지지대에 고정되게 설치된 양단부를 가진 연장된 스프링과 상기 양단부의 스프링상에 상기 구성부를 매달리게 실장하는 수단을 포함하는 표식주사장치.
  43. 제44항에 있어서, 상기 스프링은 평면이고, 휘어지는 판 스프링인 표식주사장치.
