Claims (5)
- 락트산균 콘퓨써스(Lactobacillus Confusus)에 속하고, 하기의 성질을 갖는 덱스트란을 생산하는 능력을 갖는 미생물을 배양하고, 배양물로부터 그 물질을 채취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항 종양성 덱스트란의 제조법.(1). 성상 : 무미, 무취의 백색 무정형 분말 (2). 용해성 : 물, 포롬 아미드, 디메틸 술폭시드에 가용, 알코올, 아세톤, 헥산, 클로로포름, 사염화 탄소에 불용 (3). 수용액의 PH : 중성 또는 약산성 (4). 구성당 : 포도당만으로 구성 (5). 원소 분석값 : C : 43―45%, H : 6.0―6.3% (6). 구조 : 선형 α―1.6 글루코시드 결합을 주 결합으로 하는 α―글루칸 (7). 단백질 : 로우 리법으로는 검출되지 않음. (8). 분자량 : 투석막을 통과하지 않고, 분자량이 10,000이상으로 추정된다. (9). 발색반응 : 안트론 황산 반응, 페놀 황산 반응은 양성, 뷰렛반응, 로우리―포오린(Lowery―folin)반응, 엘슨―모르간(Elson―Morgan)반응, 요오드 반응은 음성. (10). 융점 : 융점이 명확하지 않다. (11). 자외선 흡수 스펙트럼 : 특징적 흡수가 없다. (12). 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼 : α―글루칸이 특징적 흡수를 나타낸다. (13).13C―NMR 스펙트럼 : α―1.6―글루칸이 특징적 스펙트럼을 나타낸다. (14). 항 종양 작용을 갖는다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 항 종양성 덱스트란 생산 능력을 갖는 미생물이 락트산균 콘퓨써스(Lactobacillus confusus) 40―1주 (FERM BP―2865), 40―3주 (FERM BP―2866), 77―1주 (FERM BP―2867), 78―1주 (FERM BP―2868), 80―1주 (FERM BP―2869) 및 이들의 변이주로 된 군으로부터 선택된 1종의 미생물인 항 종양성 덱스트란의 제조법.
