Claims (1)
- 탈곡, 정선된 옥수수를 세척, 탈수하여 유해이물질을 제거하는 제1공정과, 물과 옥수수의 비율을 8:1로 혼합분쇄하여 액즙상태로 만든뒤, 체질하여 고운입자만을 취하는 제2공정과, 액즙상태의 원액을 80℃의 온도에서 90분간 숙성, 살균하면서 수증기를 배출하여 수분함량23%의 원액으로 만든뒤, 4℃의 온도로 냉각시키는 제3공정과, 젤상태의 원액에 물 또는 우유, 우유가공품등을 수분함량70%가 되도록 선택적으로 혼합하고, 탄수화물, 철, 각종 비타민등의 첨가물을 소량 혼합시키는 제4공정으로 이루어진 옥수수쥬스 제조방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
