Claims (13)
- 순도 98.0wt%이상의 산화 알루미늄과 0.01∼1.5wt%의 산화 리튬을 포함하고, 적어도 이론밀도의 95%이상의 밀도를 가지고 있으며, α-Al2O3결정이 1미크론보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 알루미나 지립.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-Al2O3결정화율이 75∼95%인 소결 알루미나 지립.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 산화 리튬을 0.03∼1.5wt% 포함하고, α-Al2O3결정이 0.1∼0.5미크론 인 소결 알루미나 지립.
- 물에 알루미나 1수화물과 리튬 전구체와 산을 첨가 혼합해서 리튬을 포함하는 분산체로 되게하고, 이 분산체를 건조, 분쇄하고, 다시 1100℃∼1500℃의 온도에서 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 알루미나 지립의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 분산체에 알루미나의 개질성분을 첨가하는 소결 알루미나 지립의 제조방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 40∼80℃의 온도에서 혼합처리해서 분산체로 하는 소결 알루미나 지립의 제조방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 분산체를 작성후, 다시 초음파 진동처리하는 소결 알루미나 지립의 제조방법.
- 제4항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 산이 질산, 염산, 초산중 어느 하나이든, 또는 그들의 혼합된 산으로 이루어지는 소결 알루니마 지립의 제조방법.
- 제4항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 개질성분이 Mg, Ca, Co, Ni, Cr, Fe, Si, Zn, Mn, Ti및 Zr의 원소군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특지으로 하는 소결 알루미나 지립의 제조방법.
- 제4항 내지 제9항에 있어서, 리튬을 포함하는 분산체를 전조, 분쇄한 생성물을, 1100∼1500℃의 온도에서 10분 내지 2시간 소성하고, α-A12O3결정화율이 75∼95%의 소결 알루미나 지립을 얻는 소결 알루미나 지립의 제조방법.
- 제4항 내지 제10항에 있어서, 리튬을 포함하는 분산체를 성형, 건조후, 1100∼1500℃의 온도에서 소성하고, α-Aㅣ2O3결정화율이 75∼95%의 소결 알루미나 지립을 얻는 소결 알루미나 지립의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 기재된 소결 알루미나 지립을 사용하고, 무기질 또는 유기질 본드를 사용하여 소성된 지석.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 기재한 소결 알루미나 연마입자를 사용하고, 레진본드를 사용하여 소성된 연마마포지제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
