Claims (10)

  1. 공극 공간(공극 공간은 성형제품중의 2 내지 60부피%를 차지한다)에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 경계를 이룬 가교 결합된 중합체의 마이크로비이드(마이크로비이드는 상기 배향된 중합체의 중량을 기초로하여 5 내지 50중량%의 양으로 존재한다)가 분산되어 있는 연속적으로 배향된 중합체 매트릭스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체성 성형제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제품의 조성물이 상기 배향된 중합체와 공극 공간에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 경계를 이룬 상기 마이크로비이드로만 구성될때 추가로 0.90 내지 1.0의 쿠벨카-멍크 R값(Kubelka-Munk R value)(무산대 두께)을 가지며, 3mil(76.2 미크론) 두께의 필름으로 형성될때 다음과 같은 쿠벨카-멍크 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형제품 : 불투명도-0.78 내지 1.0SX-25이하 KX-0.001 내지 0.2T(i)-0.02 내지 1.0
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배향된 중합체가 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트) 또는 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형제품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배향된 중합체상이 테레프탈산 또는 나프탈렌 디카복실산, 및 에틸렌 글리콜, 1,4-부탄디올 및 1,4-사이클로-헥산디메탄올로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 글리콜로부터의 반복단위를 갖는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형제품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합된 중합체가 일반식(여기서, Ar은 방향족 탄화수소 라디칼, 또는 벤젠 계열의 방향족 할로탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내며, R은 수소 또는 메틸 라디칼이다)을갖는 알케닐 방향족 화합물 :일반식(여기서, R 은 수소, 및 탄소원자 약 1 내지 12개를 함유한 알킬 라디칼로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, R′는 수소 및 메틸로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된다)의 단량체를 포함하나아크릴레이트-형 단량체; 염화비닐과 염화 비닐리덴의 공중합체, 아크릴로 니트릴과 염화비닐의 공중합체, 브롬화비닐, 일반식(여기서, R은 탄소원자 2 내지 18개를 함유한 알킬 라디칼이다)을 갖는 비닐 에스테르 ; 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타톤산, 시트라콘산, 말레산, 푸마르산, 올레산, 비닐벤조산; HO(CH2)nOH계열 (여기서, n은 2 내지 10 범위의 정수이다)의 글리콜과 테레프탄산 및 디알킬 테레프탈산 또는 그의 에스테르-형성 유도체를 반응시킴으로써 제조되는 합성 폴리에스테르 수지(합성 폴리에스테르 수지는 중합체 분자내에 반으성 올레핀 결합을 갖고 있으며, 상기 기술된 폴리에스테르는 20중량% 이하로 공중합되어 있는 반응성 올레핀 불포화기를 가진 제2산 또는 그의 에스테르 및 그의 혼합물을 포함한다)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 중합가능성 유기물질, 및 디비닐 벤젠, 디에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴 레이트, 디알킬 푸마레이트, 디알릴 프탈레이트 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 가교 결합제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형제품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로비이드가 0.1내지 50 미크론의 평균 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형제품.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, (a) 상기 연속 매트릭스가 60 내지 100℃의 Tg 및 최소한 0.50의 I.V.를 갖는 폴리에스테르를 포함하고 있고, (b) 상기 가교 결합된 중합체가 일반식(여기서, Ar은 방향족 탄화수소 라디칼, 또는 벤젠 계열의 방향족 할로탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내며, R은 수소 또는 메틸 라디칼이다)을갖는 알케닐 방향족 화합물 :일반식(여기서, R 은 수소, 및 탄소원자 약 1 내지 12개를 함유한 알킬 라디칼로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, R′는 수소 및 메틸로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된다)의 단량체를 포함 한 아크릴레이트-형 단량체; 염화비닐과 염화 비닐리덴의 공중합체, 아크릴로 니트릴과 염화비닐의 공중합체, 브롬화비닐, 일반식(여기서, R은 탄소원자 2 내지 18개를 함유한 알킬 라디칼이다)을 갖는 비닐 에스테르 ; 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타톤산, 시트라콘산, 말레산, 푸마르산, 올레산, 비닐벤조산; HO(CH2)nOH계열 (여기서, n은 2 내지 10 범위의 정수이다)의 글리콜과 테레프탄산 및 디알킬 테레프탈산 또는 그의 에스테르-형성 유도체를 반응시킴으로써 제조되는 합성 폴리에스테르 수지(합성 폴리에스테르 수지는 중합체 분자내에 반응성 올레핀 결합을 갖고 있으며, 상기 기술된 폴리에스테르는 20중량% 이하로 공중합되어 있는 반응성 올레핀 불포화기를 가진 제2산 또는 그의 에스테르 및 그의 혼합물을 포함한다)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 중합성 유기물질, 및 디비닐 벤젠, 디에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴 레이트, 디알릴 푸마레이트, 디알릴 프탈레이트 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 가교 결합제를 포함하고 있으며, (c) 상기 마이크로비이드가 약 0.1 내지 50 미크론 의 평균 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형제품.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로비이드가 슬립(slip)제로 피복되는 것을 추가의 특징으로 하는 성형제품.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 플립제가 실리카 및 알루미나로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형제품.
  10. 반사성 또는 확산 투과성 지지체, 및 상기 지지체상에 피복된 적어도 하나의 방사선-감수성 할로겐화은유제층을 포함하는 사진 요소에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 성형제품으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사진 요소.
