Claims (15)

  1. 결정화 가능한 폴리에스테르 및 옥시술포닐기함유 코폴리에스테르의 동시 압출, 이렇게 얻은 복합체의 냉각, 적어도 1방향의 연신 및 열경화에 의하여, 그 표면들 중 적어도 1면에 술폰화 코폴리에스테르-기본 접착 프라이머 피막의 접촉층(B)을 갖는 두께 40㎛ 이상인 결정성 또는 반결정성 폴리에스테르 지지필름(A)으로 구성된, 각종 최종 도막에 대한 접착성이 개량된 복합 폴리에스테르 필름을 제조함에 있어서, 술폰화 코폴리에스테르는 비-술폰화된 2산으로 부터 유도되는 반복단위의 총량에 대하여 테레프탈레이트 반복단위를 80몰% 이상, 그리고 동일한 성질의 반복단위의 총량에 대하여 옥시술포닐기함유 반복단위를 3 내지 10몰% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 접착성이 개량된 두꺼운 복합 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 층(A)의 제조에 사용되는 결정화 가능한 폴리에스테르는 테레프탈레이트 단위를 80몰% 이상 함유하는 테레프탈산의 호모폴리에스테르 또는 코폴리에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 접착성이 개량된 두꺼운 복합폴리에스테르 필림의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 층(A)의 제조에 사용되는 결정화 가능한 폴리에스테르는 에틸렌글리콜 폴리테레프탈레이트임을 특징으로 하는 접착성이 개량된 두꺼운 복합 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 층(B)의 구성성분으로 사용되는 술폰화 코폴리에스테르는 하기 식으로 표시되는 복수의 옥시술포닐기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 접착성이 개량된 두꺼운 복합폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법:
    (-SO3)nM (⅓)
    상기식에서, n은 1 또는 2이고, M은 수소원자, 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속, 암모늄양이온 또는 4차 암모늄 양이온임.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 술폰화 코폴리에스테르는 하기식의 방향족 2산 또는 이들의 유도체로부터 유도되는 복수의 단위를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 접착성이 개량된 두꺼운 복합폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법:
    상기식에서 n은 1 또는 2이고, M은 수소원자, 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속, 앙모늄 양이온 또는 4차 암모늄 양이온이고, Z는 다가 방향족 라디칼이고, X 및 Y는 히드록시카르보닐라디칼 또는 유도체: 저급 지방족 알코올라디칼 또는 산할라이드(염화물 또는 브롬화물)이고, p는 1 또는 2의 정수임.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항에 있어서, 술폰화 코폴리에스테르는 히드록시술포닐이소프탈산으로부터 유도되는 복수의 단위를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 접착성이 개량된 두꺼운 복합폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 술폰화 코폴리에스테르는 이소프탈산으로부터 유도되는 복수의 단위를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 접착성이 개량된 두꺼운 복합폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 술폰화 코폴리에스테르내에서 이소프탈산으로부터 유도되는 단위의 수는 테레프탈레이트/이소프탈레이트 단위들의 총수의 20% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 접착성이 개량된 두꺼운 복합폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 술폰화 코폴리에스테르는 에틸렌글리콜 및/또는 그의 분자량 600이하인 올리고머로부터 유도되는 복수의 단위를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 접착성이 개량된 두꺼운 복합 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 술폰화 코폴리에스테르내에서 에틸렌글리콜 올리고머로부터 유도되는 단위의 중량 함량은 2 내지 30% 임을 특징으로 하는 접착성이 개량된 두꺼운 복합폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
  11. 그 표면들중 적어도 1면에 슬폰화 코폴리에스테르-기본 접착 프라이머 피막의 접촉층(B)을 갖는 두께 40㎛ 이상인 결정성 또는 반결정성 지지필름(A)으로 구성된, 각종 최종도막에 대한 접착성이 개량된 배향된 복합 폴리에스테르 필름으로서, 층(B)를 형성하는 술폰화 코폴리에스테르는 비-술폰화된 2산으로부터 유도되는 반복단위의 총수에 대하여 테레프탈레이트 반복단위를 80몰% 이상, 그리고 동일한 성질의 반복단위의 총수에 대하여 옥시술포닐기 함유 반복단위를 3 내지 10몰% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 최종도막에 대한 접착성이 개량된 배향된 복합폴리에스테르 필름.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 층(들)(B)의 두께가 0.3내지 1026Ⅶ의 범위이내임을 특징으로 하는 최종도막에 대한 접착성이 개량된 배향된 복합폴리에스테르 필름.
  13. 그 표면들 중 적어도 1면에 술폰화 코폴리에스테르-기본 접착 프라이머 피막의 층(B)위에 부착시킨 도막을 갖는 두께 40㎛ 이상인 결정성 또는 반결정성 배향된 폴리에스테르 지지필름(A)으로 구성되며, 상기 층(B)는 제1항 내지 제10항 증 어느 하나에 따른 술폰화 코폴리에스테르로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 복잡한 복합필름.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 그 표면들 중 적어도 1면에 최종도막을 갖는 두께 40㎛ 이상인 결정성 또는 반결정성 배향된 폴리에스테르 지지필름(A)로 구성되며 최종 도막은 매트 피막(mat coating)임을 특징으로 하는 복잡한 복합필름.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 그 표면들 중 적어도 1면에 최종도막을 갖는 두께 40㎛ 이상인 결정성 또는 반결정성 배양된 폴리에스테르 지지필름(A)로 구성되며 최종 도막은 디아조 피막임을 특징으로 하는 복잡한 복합필름.
