Claims (11)

  1. 스티렌계 중합체를 제조할때 사용되는 촉매에 기인하는 잔류알루마늄성분이 1,000ppm 이하 및 잔류 스티렌계 단량체가 3,000ppm 이하인 신디오탁틱구조의 스티렌계 중합체로 이루어진 전기절연용 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스티렌계 중합체의 중량평균 분자량이 10,000-3,000,000인 전기절연용 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 스티렌계 중합체의 중량평균 분자량이 50,000-1,500,000인 전기절연용 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 잔류 알루미늄성분이 800ppm 이하 및 잔류 스티렌계 단량체가 2,000ppm 이하인 전기절연용 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 0.5-12μm이며 플라스틱유전체로 사용되는 전기절연용 필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 20-150μm이며 가요성 프린트기판기재로 사용되는 전기절연용 필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 100-500μm이며 통상의 절연판으로 사용되는 전기절연용 필름.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 10-50μm이며 절연테이프로 사용되는 전기절연용 필름.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 스티렌계 중합체의 결정화도가 25% 이상인 전기절연용 필름.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 스티렌계 중합체의 결정화도가 30% 이상인 전기절연용 필름.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 25% 이상의 결정화도를 갖는 두께 0.5-30μm의 스티렌계 중합체 및 금속전극으로 이루어진 콘덴서.
