Abstract
본 발명은 전해 커패시터의 애노드로 사용되는 정제된 알루미늄 시트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상기 시트는 20% 이하의 그레인이 이상적인 입방체 방위에 대해 10˚ 내지 20˚ 만큼 오프셋되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 에칭 및 구조형성후 본 발명에 따른 시트는 종래 시트보다 높은 용량레벨을 갖는다.

Claims (1)
- 전해 커패시터의 애노드로서 사용되는 정제된 알루미늄 시트에 있어서, 20% 이하의 그레인은 이상적인 입방체 방위에 대해 10˚ 내지 20˚ 만큼 오프셋된 방위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제된 알루미늄 시트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
