Claims (5)
- a)석영 모래와 수산화나트륨 용액을 180내지 240℃의 온도 및 10내지 30bar의 압력하에서 SiO2/Na2O몰비(2.0내지 2.8):1로 반응시켜 물유리 용액을 수득하고, b)물유리 용액을 분무-건조 영역에서 200내지 300℃의 고온 공기로 10내지 25초의 체류 시간 동안 처리하여, 방출 기체가 분무-건조 영역을 벗어나는 90내지 130℃의 온도에서 수분 함량(700℃에서 점화로 손실된 양으로 결정)이 15내지 23중량%이고 부피 밀도가 300g/ℓ이상인 분쇄된 무정형 나트륨 실리케이트를 형성하고, c)b)에 따라 분쇄된 나트륨 실리케이트를 고체를 이동시키는 장치가 설비된 비스듬히 배열된 회전 건조기(외부벽 온도가 60℃미만이되도록 단열시킨다)로 도입 시킨후 250 내지 500℃의 온도에서 1내지 60분 동안 역류의 연도 기체로 처리하며, d)회전 건조기로부터 나온 무정형 나트륨 실리 케이트를 기계식 제분기를이용하여 0.1내지 12㎜의 입자 크기로 분쇄시킴을 특징으로하는 20중량%이상의 고체를 함유하는 물유리 용액으로부터 수분 함량이 0.3내지 6중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5내지 2중량%이고 SiO2/Na2O몰비(1.9내지 2.1):1인 결정형 나트륨 실리케이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 분쇄된 나트륨 실리케이트를 분쇄기를 이용하여 2내지 400㎛의 입자크기로 미세분쇄 시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 회전 건조기의 중앙부 및 수분 함량이 15내지 23중량%인 분쇄된 무정형 나트륨 실리케이트가 도입되는 말단부에서 방출 기체를 추출하고 건조 분진 여과기를 이용하여 정제하며 건조 분진 여과기로부터 나온 나트륨 실리케이트를 회전 건조기 내로 도입될 분쇄된 무정형의 수분-함유 나트륨 실리케이트와 준-연속적으로 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 미분된 나트륨 실리케이트를 컴팩터에 공급하여 롤 폭(㎝)당 20내지 40KN의 롤-압착력으로 압축시켜 압분체를 생성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 압분체를 스크린을 통한 압력으로 예비-분쇄시킨 후, 가공하여 부피 밀도가 700내지 1,000g/ℓ인 과립을 생성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
