도면은 본 발명에 의한 고순도 실리카 정제방법을 보인 계통도.
Claims (4)
- 원광을 분쇄하여서 된 규사나 천연사를 습식 또는 건식으로 분급 및 선별하여 실리카 정광을 1차 회수한 후 이를 반응조에 황산과 함께 투입하여 정제하되, 상기 반응조에 고압의 증기를 일정시간 투입함으로써 급격한 발열반응의 유도되도록 한 고순도 실리카의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응조에 증기를 투입하는 시간이 10초 내지 2분의 범위내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 고순도 실리카의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응조가 투입되는 증기가 15-500PSI의 압력범위내임을 특징으로 하는 고순도 실리카의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응조에 투입되는 황산은 그 농도가 85-95%이며, 증기에 의하여 최종적으로 30-70%가 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 고순도 실리카의 정제방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
