Claims (12)

  1. 기초의약제 히드로클로라이드 및 입자가 불연속층 형태로 존재하는 다가 음이온을 모두 함유하며, 약간 수용성인 물질을 함유하는 필름으로 피복된 과립을 함유하는 서방성 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기초의약제 히드로클로라이드로서 아로티놀을 히드로클로라이드를 사용하는 서방성 제제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 다가음이온이로서 카르복시비닐 중합체, 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스, 이들중 하나의 염, 또는 그의 혼합물을 사용하는 서방성 제제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 약간 수용성인 물질이 에틸셀률로스, 히드록시프로필메틸 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 숙시네이트, 아미노알킬메타크릴레이트 공중합체, 메타크릴산 공중합체, 또는 그의 혼합물인 서방성 제제.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일종이상의 약학적으로 허용가능한 첨가제 입자 또는 일종 이상의 약학적으로 허용가능한 첨가제를 함유하는 미립자물을 피복된 과립과 함께 젤라틴 경캡슐에 팩킹하거나 또는 정제화 하는 서방성 제제.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일종 이상의 약학적으로 허용가능한 첨가제 입자 또는 일종 이상의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 첨가제 및 기초 의약제를 함유하는 미립자물을 동일한 종류의 기초의약제 히드로클로라이드를 함유하는 피복된 과립과 함께 젤라틴 경캡슐에 팩킹하거나 또는 정제화하는 서방성 제제.
  7. 다가음이온이 완전히 용해되지 않는 조건하에서 기초의약제 히드로클로라이드를 다가음이온과 혼합하고 혼련하여 과립을 형성시키는 단계, 및 이 과립을 약간 수용성인 물질을 함유하는 필름으로 피복시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는, 기초 의약제 히드로클로라이드 및 입자가 불연속층 형태로 존재하는 다가음 이온을 모두 함유하며, 약간 수용성인 물질을 함유하는 필름으로 피복된 과립을 함유하는 서방성 제제의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 기초의약제 히드로클로라이드로서 아로티놀을 히드로클로라이드를 사용하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 다가음이온으로서 카르복시비닐 중합체, 카르복시메틸 셀롤로오스, 이들중 하나의 염 또는 그의 혼합물을 사용하는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 약간 수용성인 물질이 에틸 셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필메틸 세룰로오스 아세테이트 숙시네이트, 아미노알킬메타크릴레이트 공중합체, 메타크릴산 공중합체, 또는 그의 혼합물인 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 약학적으로 허용가능한 첨가제 입자 또는 약학적으로 허용가능한 첨가제를 함유하는 미립자물과 함께, 피복된 과립을 젤라틴 경캡슐에 팩킹하거나 또는 피복된 과립을 정제화하는 단계를 더 특징으로하는 방법.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 피복된 과립에서와 동일한 종류의 기초의약제 히드로클로라이드 및 약학적으로 허용가능한 첨가제를 함유하는 미립자물과 함께, 피복된 과립을 젤라틴 경캡슐에 팩킹하거나 또는 피복된 과립을 정제화하는 단계를 더 특징으로하는 방법.
