Claims (6)

  1. 아데닌, 시스틴 및 티로신으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상과 하나 또는 그 이상의 약효물질을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 서방성 제제.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 약효물질이, 용해도 0.1% 이하의 난용성 약물임을 특징으로 하는 서방성 제제.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 난용성 약물의 평균입자경이 10㎛ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 서방성 제제.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 저치환도 히드록시프로필셀룰로즈 및 히드록시프로필셀룰로즈를 또한 함유함을 특징으로 하는 서방성 제제.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 약효물질을 함유하는 층과 약효물질을 함유하지 않는 층으로서 이루어지는 다층정제임을 특징으로 하는 서방성 제제.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 약효물질을 함유하는 제제를 약효물질을 함유하지 않는 층으로 피복하여 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 서방성 제제.
