제1도는 본 발명에 의한 토우너 및 클리닝방법을 사용한 컬러전자 사진 장치의 일실시예를 도시한 구성도.

Claims (6)

  1. 복수색의 토우너를 사용해서 대전, 노광, 반전현상 공정을 반복하고, 감광체상에 컬러토우너상을 형성한 후 종이에 일괄 전사하는 전자사진장치에 사용하는 클리닝방법으로서, 상기 토우너가 컬러토우너와 흑색토우너로 이루어지고, 상기 컬러토우너가 감광체와 비접촉으로 현상하는 직류전계 비상현상법용의 토우너, 상기 흑색토우너가 캐리어와 혼합되어 대전하는 2성분자기 브러시현상제용 토우너이며, 상기 2성분자기브러시 현상제가, 감광체와 접촉하여 현상하는 현상제와, 감광체상의 전사나머지 토우너를 클리닝하는 클리닝제를 겸용한 것을 특징으로 하는 클리닝방법.
  2. 복수색의 토우너를 사용해서 대전, 노광, 반전현상 공정을 반복하고, 감광체상에 컬러토우너상을 형성한후 종이에 일괄전사하는 컬러전자사진 장치에 사용하는 토우너로서, 상기 토우너가 컬러토우너와 흑색토우너로 이루어지고, 상기 컬러토우너가 감광체와 비접촉으로 현상하는 직류 전개비상현상법에 사용하는 토우너, 상기 흑색토우너가, 캐리어와 혼합되어 대전하는 2성분 자기브러시 현상재용 토우너이며, 상기 2성분 자기브러시 현상제가 감광체와 접촉하여 현상하는 현상제와, 감광체상의 전사나머지 토우너를 클리닝하는 클리닝제를 겸용하는 현상제로서, 상기 컬러토우너 및 흑색토우너가 상기 2성분자기브러시 현상제와 혼합되었을때에 대전극성이 현상시의 대전극성과 동일극성으로 대전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토우너.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 컬러토우너 및 상기 흑색토우너의 바인더수치가 스틸렌아크릴수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 토우너.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 컬러토우너 및 상기 흑색토우너의 바인더수치가 폴리에테르수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 토우너.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 컬러토우너 및 상기 흑색토우너의 바인더수지가 에폭시수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 토우너.
