CONSTITUTION:A photoreceptor 1 is discharged by a charger 4 and a conductive layer 2 and a photoconductive layer 3 on the photoreceptor 1 are charged; after a latent image is formed by irradiating the photoreceptor with an original image 20, development is performed by a magnetic brush developing device with conductive magnetic toner 7. While the entire surface is exposed by an exposure lamp, the entire surface is charged by the charger of the same negative polarity with the development toner to make the electrostatic latent image disappear, and the polarity of the toner is intensified. Then, a transfer roller 10 transfers the toner image 7 onto transfer paper 11 excellently.
