Claims (3)

  1. 매인보드와 메모리 보드를 연결한 메모리 용량 확장장치에 있어서, 메모리 컨트롤러 선택신호에 의해 메모리 엑세스를 제어하는 메모리 컨트롤러(21)와, 상기 매인 보드에서 인가되는 한 데이터를 이 매인보드 내의 입출력 포트 출력신호에 의해 래치하는 D플립플롭(23)과, 상기 D플립플롭(23)의 출력신호에 따라 메모리 컨트롤러 선택신호를 발생하여 상기 메모리 컨트롤러(21) 동작을 제어하는 메모리 보드 선택수단을 구비한 메모리 보드가 상기 메인보드에 더 추가되어 연결함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메모리 보드 선택수단이 D플립플롭(23)의 출력단자와 연결되어 메모리 ?? 구별을 하는 탭 스위치수단과, 상기 D플립플롭(23)의 출력신호가 하이라야 만이 메모리 컨트롤러 선택신호를 출력하는 앤드게이트로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 메모리 용량 확장장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탭스위치 수단이 한 메모리 보드내의 탭스위치의 (a)접점과 (b)접점을 점퍼로 연결하고, 타 메모리 보드내의 탭스위치의(b)접점과 (c)접점을 점퍼로 연결함을 특징으로 하는 메모리 용량 확장장치.
