Claims (1)
- 대향면에 트랙폭 규제홈 및 이것과 직교하는 권선홈이 설치된 제1의 자기 코어 블럭과, 대향면에 상기 제1의 자기 코어 블럭의 트랙폭 규제홈과 대향하는 트랙폭 규제홈이 설치됨과 동시에 이 트랙폭 규제홈의 연장 방향에 있어서, 상기 제1의 자기 코어 블럭 보다 짧은 제2의 자기 코어 블럭을 접합일체화 하는 공정과, 상기 제2의 자기 코어 블럭의 최소한 상기 제1의 자기 코어 블럭에 설치된 권선홈과 대향하는 부분의 두께가 이 권선 홈부의 깊이보다 적어지도록 절삭 가공하는 공정과, 상기 접합 일체화한 제1의 자기 코어 블럭 및 제2의 자기 코어 블럭에 최소한 제2의 자기 코어 블럭이 분단되며, 제1의 자기 코어 블럭의 일부가 연결부로서 남도록 빗살형상으로 홈 가공하는 공정에 의하며, 1쌍의 자기헤드 소자 연결체를 제작하고, 이들 1쌍의 자기 헤드 소자 연결체를 한편의 자기 헤드 소자 연결체의 빗살부가 다른편의 자기 헤드 소자 연결체의 홈에 삽입 되도록 설치함과 동시에, 상기 제1의 자기 코어 블럭의 각각의 대향면을 맞대어 접합 일체화 하며, 최소한 상기 제1의 자기 코어 블럭의 연결부를 절단하므로서 각각의 자기 헤드로 분할하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 헤드의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
