Abstract

자기헤드의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 자기헤드의 수율을 향상시키고 또한 자기헤드의 출력을 향상시키기 위해, I코어 반체와 C코어 반체를 서로 접합한 복합형 자기헤드에 있어서, 트랙홈이 형성되지 않은 각각의 자기코어 반체를 접합하고, 접합된 각각의 자기코어 반체에 서로 어긋나게 각각의 트랙홈을 형성하며, 애지머스각을 갖도록 절단하는 구성으로 하였다.
이와 같이 하는 것에 의해, 트랙 어긋남을 조성할 필요가 없으므로 자기헤드의 수율을 향상시킬 수 있고, 또한 정밀한 트랙폭을 얻을 수 있으므로 자기헤드의 출력을 향상시킬 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.

Claims (4)

  1. I코어 반체와 C코어 반체를 서로 접합한 복합형 자기헤드의 제조방법에 있어서, 트랙홈이 형성되지 않은 각각의 자기코어 반체를 접합하는 스텝; 접합된 각각의 자기코어 반체에 서로 어긋나게 각각의 트랙홈을 형성하는 스텝과; 상기 스텝후, 애지머스각을 갖도록 절단하는 스텝을 포함하는 자기헤드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트랙홈은 V자형상,자형상 또는 U자형상으로 형성되는 자기헤드의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 코어 반체에 형성된 트랙홈은 다른 하나의 코어 반체의 상면까지 형성되는 자기헤드의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트랙홈은 경사지게 가공되는 자기헤드의 제조방법.
