Claims (16)

  1. 향상된 안정도, 분산도 및 순백성을 갖는 변형된 단백질 접합제를 제조하는 방법에 이어서, 식물성 단백질 물질을 분리하는 단계, 접합 단백질을 제조하기 위해 상기 단백질 물질을 가수분해하는 단계, 접합 단백질을, 실질적으로 상기 접합 단백질을 포함하는 피막 조성물에 향상된 안정도 및 실온 저장기간을 부여하는 산화 물질로 처리하는 단계, 및 상기 생성된 접합 접합제가 또한 종래의 식물성 단백질을 포함하는 종이 피막에 비하여 증진된 윤기, 광택 및 백색을 갖는 종이 피막을 형성하도록, 높은 고형 성분의 피막 조성물을 제조하기 위하여 상기 접합 접합제의 능력을 증진시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화 물질은 과산화 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식물성 단백질은 콩단백질은 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접합 단백질은 pH 약 9.5로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리된 식물성 단백질은 카르복시화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화 처리는 약 30℃ 내지 약 70℃ 사이에서 약 1/2 내지 6시간 사이로 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  7. 향상된 순백성, 분산도 및 안정도를 갖는 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 변형된 접합 단백질.
  8. 향상된 안전도, 분산도 및 순백성을 갖는 종이 피막 조성물의 제조 방법에 있어서, 종이 피막 안료를 수성기제에 현탁하는 단계, 상기 안료 및 수성기재를 식물성 단백질 결합제와 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는데, 상기 식물성 단백질 결합제는 상기 종이 피막 조성물에 실질적으로 향상된 안정도 및 실온 저장 시간을 제공하는데 효과적인 산화 물질에 의해 산화되며 단백질계 결합제는 증진된 고형분을 갖는 종이 피막 조성물의 제조에 효과적이며 종래의 식물성 단백질 종이 피막과 비교하여 향상된 윤기, 광택 및, 순백성을 갖는 균일한 피막을 제조하는데 효과적인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 식물성 단백질은 콩단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 콩단백질은 카르복시화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 콩단백질은 과산화수소로 산화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 접합 결합제는 실온에서 중량부 약 20%이상의 고형분이 분산 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 60℃에서 중량부 약 28%이상의 고형분이 분산 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  14. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 접합 결합제는 Hunter 순백성 지수(L)가 약 80이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  15. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 종이 피막 조성물은 실온에서 6일 까지 저장 안정한 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  16. 향상된 순백성, 분산도 및 안정도를 갖는 제8항의 방법에 의해 제조된 종이 피막 조성물.
