Claims (4)
- 전하 발생층과 전하 전달층으로 구성되며, 이들 층들은 전자 전도성 기판상에 형성되고, 전하 전달층은 전하 발생층에 사용된 전하 발생 물질보다 작은 이온화 전위를 갖는 제1전하 전달 물질과 전하 발생 물질보다 큰 이온화 전위를 갖는 제2전하 전달물질로 구성된 전사 사진용 적층 타입 감광물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전하 발생물질의 이온화 전위로부터 제1 및 제2 전하 전달물질의 이온화 전위를 뺀 값은 ±0.2eV이하인 전자사진용 감광성 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 전하 전달물질은 제1 전하 전달물질/제2 전하 전달물질 중량비가 10/90-90/10인 양으로 사용되는 전자사진용 감광성 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전하 전달층은 제1 및 제2 전하 전달물질 및 페놀형 산화 방지제로 구성되는 전자사진용 감광성 물질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
