Claims (13)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ia) 및 (Ib)의 페놀 유도체 및 그의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염.
    [상기식에서, R1은 동일 또는 상이하며 수소원자 또는 히드록시-보호기를 나타내고;R2는 알킬기, 시클로알킬기, 아릴기와 축합된 시클로알킬기, 아릴기, 아르알킬기 또는 헤테로환기를 나타내고;R3는 수소원자 또는 R2기를 나타내거나;또는 R2및 R3는 그들이 부착된 질소원자와 함께 환식 아미노기를 나타내고;m은 1 내지 6의 정수를 나타내고;n은 1 내지 3의 정수를 나타내고;단, n이 2 또는 3이면, 인접하는 두개의 R1기는 함께 조인트(joint) 히드록시-보호기를 형성할수 있고;p는 0이거나 1내지 3의 정수를 나타내고;q는 0이거나 1내지 3의 정수를 나타내고; 및 점선으로 표시된 겨랍은 단일결합 또는 이중결합일 수 있다.]
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 수소원자 또는 예비 약물용 히드록시-보호기로부터 선택되는 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 1 내지 20의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기, 아릴카르보니기, 아실기가 1 내지 6의 탄소원자를 가지며 알콕시기가 1 내지 6의 탄소원자를 가지는 지방족 아실옥시알콕시카르보닐기, 카르복실기로 치환된 지방족 아실기, 또는 아미노산 아실기로부터 선택되는 화합물.
  4. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, R2가 시클로알킬기, 2 내지 3의 염소 또는 브롬원자로 치환된 아릴기, 또튼 메톡시카르보닐기로 치환된 헤테로환기로부터 선택되는 화합물.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R2가 수소원자를 나타내는 화합물.
