Description

유화액의 결정화에 의해 구형입자의 분산액을 제조하는 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 방법의 순서도(flow chart)를 나타내며, 제2도는 용융물의 분무 및 균일화(homogenization)단계와 함께 분산액 단위를 도시한 것이고, 제3도는 용융물을 균일화 단계 이전에 즉시 분무시키는 원리와 동일하게 작동하는 분산액 단위를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 용융물을 액상으로 분무시켜 예비 유화액(12)을 형성시키고 분무 후 0.005 내지 0.15초 및 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 0.1초의 체류시간 후 예비 유화액(12)을 연결되는 균일화 노즐(8)에서 미세 분산시켜 유화액(15)을 형성시킨 다음, 고형화시켜 최종결정 현탁액을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하여, 용융물을 결정점 이하의 온도에서 더찬 액상 중에서 혼합하고 유화시키며 유화 단계 이후에만 용융물을 분산 입자의 형태로 고형화시켜 미제결정 현탁액을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용융물을 균일화 노즐(8) 이전에 즉시 분무시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또눈 2항에 있어서, 다공(14)을 함유하는 제트 분산기를 균일화 노즐(8)로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자크기를 특히 용융물이 분무되는 압력하 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결정 현탁액을 부분적으로 재순환시켜 냉각시킨 후 유화 영역을 통해 순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
