제3도는 제1도에 도시된 감쇠력 조절밸브의 동작 상태의 대표적인 설명도.
Claims (6)
- 두개의 간막이된 챔버가 다수의 통로에 의해 연통 유지되고, 실린더안의 피스톤 미끄럼 운동에 의하여 상기통로에서 발생된 유압체의 흐름을 제어함으로서 감쇠력을 발생하는 감쇠력 발생 기구가 구비되고, 감쇠력은 상기 통로중의 하나를 선택적으로 개페함으로써 감쇠력이 조절될 수 있는 감쇠력 조정 유압 완충기에 있어서, 상기 통로중의 하나를 개폐하기 위한 감쇠력 조절 밸브는, 상기 통로들을 선택적으로 개폐하기 위해 상기 통로중의 한 통로 내부에 구비 된 밸브 시트상에 안착하고 또 그것으로부터 분리하는 다수의 밸브체와, 상기 밸브 시트쪽으로 밸브체를 편의하기 위해 각각의 밸브체에 구비된 스프링 부재와, 상기 밸브체상에 장착된 자성재료의 플런저와, 공급된 전류의 값과 대응하는 힘에 의해 플런저를 이동시킴으로써 상기 벨브체를 연속적으로 동작시키도록 상기 플런저가 삽입된 솔레노이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠력조정 유압 완충기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체는 제1밸브체 및 상기 제1밸브체에 동심적으로 끼워진 제2밸브체를 포함하고, 상기 제1및 제2 밸브체는 제1및 제2스프링 부재에 의해 상기 밸브 시트쪽으로 편의되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠력 조정 유압 완충기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1밸브체는 오리피스 통로를 구비하고, 상기 제2밸브체는 축에 의해 상기 플런저에 연결되며 상기 제1밸브체는 상기 제2밸브체가 예정된 행정시 밸브 시트로부터 상승된때 상기 밸브 시트로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠력 조정 유압 완충기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제2밸브체는 상기 예정된 행정에서 밸브시트로부터 제2밸브체가 상승될때 제1밸브체와 연동하는 플랜지부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠력 조정 유압 완충기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 완충기는 상기 통로중의 하나에 배치된 다른 감쇠력 발생 기구를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 다른 감쇠력 밭생 기구는 디스크 밸브와 젤1밸브제의 상기 오리피스 통로와는 다른 오리피스 통로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠력 조정 유압 완충기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 완충기는 상기 통로중의 하나에 배치된 다른 감쇠력 발생기구를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 다른 감쇠력 발생기구는 제1밸브체의 상기 오리피스 통로와는 상이한 오리피스 통로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇠력 조정 유압 완충기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
