Claims (1)

  1. 변환하고자 하는 아날로그 신호(VA)와 비교 회로(PMOS, NMOS)와 비교회로의 출력파형을 완충하는 두 개의 인버터와 인버터의 출력신호(W1-W15)와 인버터와 AND게이트와 NMOS 어레이들의 회로와 디지털 출력(DOD3)을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 MOST 의 디바이스 파라미터(W/L)를 가변한 전병렬형 A/D 변환기 회로.
