제3도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 액정 표시 장치를 도시하는 개략도,
제4a도 내지 제4c도는 각각 본 발명의 제1실시예의 작동을 설명하는데 참조될 입력 비디오신호, 구동 펄스 신호 및 수평 블랭킹 펄스의 파형도.
본 내용은 공부공개 건이므로 전문 내용을 수록하지 않았음.
Claims (4)
- 다수의 신호 라이닝 수직 방향으로 서로 평행하게 연장되고 다수의 제2신호 라인이 수평 방향으로 서로 평행하게 연장되며, 액정 셀이 선택소자를 통하여 상기 제1 및 상기 제2신호 라인의 교점에 각각 제공되는 액정 표시 장치가, 상기 제1신호 라인에 대응하는 출력 부분을 갖는 수평 주사 수단과,상기 수평 주사 수단의 출력 부분으로부터 순차적으로 발생된 펄스 신호에 응답하여 입력 비디오 신호를 샘플링하기 위한 다수의 샘플링 수단과, 상기 샘플링 수단으로부터의 신호를 홀딩하기 위한 다수의 제1버퍼 증폭기와, 상기 제1버퍼 증폭기로부터의 신호가 수평 블랭킹 주기동안 통과할 수 있게 허용하기 위한 다수의 게이트 회로와, 상기 게이트회로를 통해 통과된 신호를 공급받고, 상기 신호를 상기 제1신호 라인에 각각 공급하기 위한 다수의 제2버퍼 증폭기를 포함하여 이루어지며, 적어도 상기 제1 및 제2신호라인, 상기 선택 소자 및 상기 액정 셀은 온칩형태로 형성되는 액정 표시장치.
- 다수의 신호 라인이 수직 방향으로 서로 평행하게 연장되고 다수의 제2신호 라인이 수평 방향으로 서로 평행하게 연장되며, 액정 셀이 선택 소자를 통하여 상기 제1 및 제2신호 라인의 교점에 각각 제공되는 액정표시 장치가, 상기 제1신호 라인에 대응하는 출력부분을 갖는 수평 주사 수단과, 상기 수평 주사 수단의 출력 부분으로부터 순차적으로 발생된 펄스 신호에 의해 순차적으로 턴온되는 다수의 수평 스위치 수단과, 상기 수평 스위치 수단을 통하여 입력 비디오 신호를 공급받는 다수의 홀드 수단과, 상기 홀드 수단으로부터 상기 제1신호라인으로 신호를 각각 공급하기 위한 다수의 로드 수단을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 로드 수단은 수평 방향으로 나뉘어져 다수의 집단을 제공하여, 모든 분리된 집단에서 상기 로드 수단은 적어도 상기 집단의 상기 로드수단에 속하는 상기 수평 스위치 수단이 턴온되는 주기 이외의 주기동안 턴온되는 액정표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2신호 라인이 모든 분리된 집단에서 수평 방향으로 분리되고, 수직 주사 수단이 모든 분리된 집단에 독립적으로 제공되어 상기 제2신호 라인을 구동하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 다수의 제1신호 라인이 수직 방향으로 서로 평행하게 연장되고, 다수의 제2신호 라인이 수평 방향으로 서로 평행하게 연장되며, 액정 셀이 선택 소자를 통하여 상기 제1 및 제2신호 라인의 교점에 각각 제공되는 액정표시 장치가 수평 주사 수단으로부터 순차적으로 발생된 펄스 신호에 의하여 순차적으로 발생된 펄스 신호에 의하여 순차적으로 턴온되는 다수의 수평 스위치 수단과, 상기 수평 스위치 수단을 통해 입력 비디오 신호를 각각 공급받는 다수의 홀드 수단을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 입력 비디오 신호는 예정된 사이클에서, 극성이 반전되고, 상기 버퍼 증폭기내의 충방전 선로는 상기 비디오 신호가 극성이 반전되는 타이밍에서 스위치되는 액정 표시 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
