Claims (8)
- 두 지지판 사이의 강-전기 액정 및 행 및 열로 배치되는 칙셀의 시스템과, 여기서, 각각의 픽셀은 지지판의 전면상에 제공되는 화상전극으로 구성되며, 행 및 열 전극의 시스템과, 라인 선택주기 동안에 행전극을 거쳐 선택되는 최소한 란 픽셀의 행과, 열전극을 거쳐 제공되는 데이타 신호와, 보조신호에 의해 극단상태로 선택하기전의 픽셀의 행을 구비하는 표시장치를 구동시키기 위한 방법에 있어서, 라인 선택 주기의 최소한 한 부분 동안에, 픽셀은 능동 스위칭소자를 거쳐 열 전극에 접속되어, 데이터신호를 픽셀에 제공하며, 보조신호가 동일 스위칭 소자를 거쳐 픽셀에 제공되며, 보조신호는 강-전기 매체의 스위칭 주기와 최소한 동일한 주기에 대해 라인 선택이 개시되기 직전에 제공되며, 극단 전송상태에 도달하는 기간 및 진폭을 가지며, 라인선택주기 후에는, 픽셀은 제공되는 데이터신호에 의해 거의 유일하게 정해지는 전송상태로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치 구동방법.
- 그레이스케일은 구동시키기 위한 제1항에 청구된 방법에 있어서, 그레이스케일은 픽셀의 행이 데이터표시기에 대해 주기동안에 제공되는 데이터신호의 기간 및 진폭에 의해 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치 구동방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 픽셀의 행은 라인선택주기의 1/2주기동안에 데이터표시기에 대해 선택되며, 데이터신호의 전압레벨은 그레이스케일을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치 구동방법.
- 선행중 어느 한 항의 방법에 있어서, 극단 전송상태에서의 픽셀은 실제로 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치 구동방법.
- 선행중 어느 한 항의 방법에 있어서, 라인선택주기부분 동안에, 픽셀은 제1항 전극상의 선택전압을 거쳐 선택되며, 반면에, 동시에 데이터신호가 열 전극에 제공되면 선택주기의 다른 부분동안에 픽셀은 제2황 전극을 거쳐 선택되며, 동시에 보조신호가 열 전극에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치 구동방법.
- 두 지지판 사이의 강-전기 액정 및 행 및 열로 배치되는 픽셀의 시스템과, 여기서 각각의 픽셀은 지지찬의 전면 상에 제공되는 화상전극으로 구성되며, 픽셀을 구동시키기 위한 행 및 열 전극의 시스템을 구비하는 표시장치에 있어서, 열 전극은 멀티플렉서회로 스위칭의 출력에 접속되며, 데이터신호 사이에 열 전극이 나타나며, 보조신호는 액정 소자를 극한 상태로 되게 하며, 상기 장치는 구동 및 동기 회로를 구비하며, 상기 회로는 표시되는 픽셀의 행상의 선택 전압을 동시에 가져서, 데이터신호가 행 전극상에 나타나게 하며, 후방단에서 데이터신호가 제공되는 픽셀의 다른 행상의 선택전압을 동이세 가져서, 보조신호가 행 전극상에 나타나게 하며, 여기서 상기신호는 픽셀은 극단상태로 되게하는 충분한 주기 및 진폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 픽셀의 다른 열은 최소한 1라인 선택주기 후 및 최대한 2라인 선택주기 후에 데이터신호가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제6 또는 7항에 있어서, 멀티플렉서 회로는 반라인 선택주기 동안에 데이터 전압을 가지며, 다른 반라인 선택주기 동안에 보조신호를 가지는 열 전극이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
