Claims (8)

  1. 상호 마주하는 표면을 갖는 두 평행 지지판 사이에 액정 물질을 포함하며 로우 전극의 패턴은 한표면상에 제공되며, 컬럼 전극의 패턴은 다른 표면상에 제공되고, 로우 전극과 컬럼 전극은 교차하여 교차영역에서 디스플레이 소자를 구성하며, 컬럼 전극에 표시되어질 데이타 신호를 나타내기 위한 구동 회로와, 로우 전극을 주사시키기 위한 로우 주사 회로를 구비하는 디스플레이 장치에 있어서, 표시되어질 데이타 신호용 구동 회로가 구동되어질 컬럼 전극에 의존하는 전압값을 컬럼 전극에 나타낼 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 표시되어질 데이타 신호에 대한 전압값이 실제적으로 매 그룹의 컬럼 전극에 대하여 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  3. 이전의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 선택 전압에 의하여 로우 전극을 주기적으로 주사시키기 위한 로우 주사 회로를 포함하며, 로우 전극은 상기 장치의 한측으로부터 일방적으로 구동되어지고, 데이타 신호와 관련된 전압값은 다른 측의 방향으로 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  4. 제1또는 2항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 선택 전압에 의하여 로우 전극을 주기적으로 주사시키기 위한 로우 주사회로를 포함하며, 로우 전극은 한쪽 방향으로만 구동되고, 데이타 신호와 관련된 전압값은 실제적으로 두 측간의 중심에서의 컬럼에서 최대인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  5. 상호 마주하는 표면을 갖는 두 평행 지지판 사이에 액정 물질을 포함하면 로우 전극의 패턴을 한 표면상에 제공되며, 컬럼 전극의 패턴은 다른 표면상에 제공되고, 로우 전극과 컬럼 전극은 교차하여 교차 영역에서 디스플레이 소자를 구성하며, 컬럼 전극에 표시되어질 데이타 신호를 나타내기 위한 구동 회로와, 로우 전극에 로우 선택신호를 나타내기 위한 로우 주사 회로를 구비하는 디스플레이 장치에 있어서, 선택펄스에 대한 로우 주사회로가 구동되어질 로우 전극에 의존하는 전압값을 로우 전극에 나타낼 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 선택펄스이 전압값이 실제적으로 로우 전극의 매그룹마다 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 데이타 신호가 한 측으로부터 나타나며, 선택전압의 값이 다른 측의 방향으로 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 데이타 신호가 양방향으로부터 나타나며, 선택전압값이 실제적으로 측간의 중심에서의 로우 전극에서 최대인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
