제1도는 본 발명에서의 소정 픽셀 전극 및 컬러 필터 배열을 도시하는 매트릭스 어드레스 지정 방식 액정 디스플레이 스크린 일부분의 개략도.
제2도는 제1도와 유사하지만, 제1도로부터 복수의 행쌍에 대한 활용성과, 본 발명의 픽셀 구성에 대하여 다른 잇점이 대칭성을 도시한 상세도.

Claims (7)

  1. 컬러 패널디스플레이 내의 두인접 행에 대한 픽셀 전극의 배열 구조에 있어서, 소정의 3색 시퀀에 대한 반복 패턴을 나타내는 인접 배치된 컬러 필터와 관련된 픽셀 전극의 제1행과, 상기 제1행에 인접하여 배치된 픽셀전극의 제2행을 구비하는데, 상기 제2행은 두배수의 픽셀 전극을 가지며, 그 각 픽셀 전극은 제1행 내의 인접 픽셀 전극 폭의 약 반크기 폭을 갖고, 상기 제2행내의 상기 픽셀 전극이 쌍들로 배치되어 각쌍이 상기 제1행내의 픽셀 전극과 인접하여 정렬되며, 사이 제2행내의 상기 픽셀 전극이 제1행내에서와 동일한 소정 컬러 시퀀스를 쌍들로 나타내는 인접 배치된 컬러 필터와 관련되고, 두번째 행 내의 상기 컬러 필터 시퀀스가, 제1행으로부터의 픽셀 전극을 포함하는 픽셀 전극 세트 및 상기 제2행으로부터의 2개의 인접 정렬된 픽셀 전극에 대해 세가지 상이한 컬러 필터가 존재하도록 시프트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 픽셀 전극 배열 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 행쌍을 구비하는데, 상기 행 쌍들이 서로 인접 배치하여 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 픽셀 전극 배열구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수평으로 인접하고 동일 컬러 필터와 관련된 상기 제2행내의 픽셀 전극들을 동시에 구동시키기 위한 수단을 아울러 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 픽셀 전극 배열구조.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 구동 수단은 한쌍의 반도체 스위치 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 픽셀 전극 배열구조.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 구동 수단은 상기 수평으로 인접한 픽셀들 사이에서 연장하는 절연 도체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 픽셀 전극 배열구조.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2행내의 동일 컬러 필터와 관련된 픽셀 전극이 그것의 대향측들 상에 비치되게끔 상기 제1행내의 픽셀 전극들 사이와 상기 제2행내의 픽셀 전극들 사이에서 수직으로 연장하는 소스 구동 라인을 아울러 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 픽셀 전극 배열구조.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 픽셀 요소들 사이에서 수평으로 연장하는데, 상기 소스 구동 라인으로부터 절연되는 게이트 구동 라인을 아울러 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 픽셀 전극 배열구조.
