Claims (10)

  1. 다음일반식(Ⅰ)화합물
    식중, A 및 B는 둘 모두가 H가 아니라는 조건을 만족한다면 독립적으로 H,플루오로, 클로로, 브로모, C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, 또는 할로(C1-4)알킬, D 및 E는 독립적으로 H또는 플루오로, R1은 H, C1-4알킬 또는 C1-4알콕시, R2는 C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시 또는 임의로 치환된 페닐, 또는 R1과 R2가 질소원자와 함께 붙어 모폴린, 피페리딘, 피롤리딘을 만들거나 또는 C1-4알킬로 임의로 치환된 아제티딘고리를 만들며, R3는 H,R4는 트리클로로메틸, C2-8알킬(할로겐, C1-8알콕시 또는 R'가 C1-4알킬, C2-4알케닐 또는 C2-4알키닐이고 n이 0.1또는 1인 R'S(O)n으로 임의로 치환된), 시클로프로필(할로겐 또는 C1-4알킬로 임의 치환된), C2-8알킬닐, C2-8알키닐, C2-8알콕시, 모노-또는 디(C1-4)-알킬 아미노 또는 R''가 C1-4알킬인 R''ON=C(CN) 그룹, 또는 R3와 R4가 C(O)N 그룹과 함께 할로겐 또는 알킬로 임의로 치환된 아제티딘- 2은 고리를 만든다. X 및 Y는 독립적으로 산소 또는 황.

  3. 제 1항에 있어서 A가 클로로 ; B,D 및 E 모두가 H :R1이 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸 R2가 메틸, 에틸 또는 페닐 또는 R1및 R2가 질소원자가 합해져 모플린 또는 피페리딘 고리를 형성하며, R3이 수소, R4가 C3-4알킬 또는 시클로프로필 ; X와 Y모두가 산소인 화합물.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, A가 클로로 ; B,D 및 E모두가 H :R1과 R2가 독립적으로 메틸 또는 에틸, 또는 이들의 질소원자와 합해져 모플린 또는 피페리딘 고리를 형성하고, R3이 수소, R4가 이소-프로필 t- 부틸 또는 시클로프로필 ; X와 Y가 모두 산소인 화합물.
  5. 다음 일반식 (Ⅰ, 1)화합물.
    식중, A 및 B은 독립적으로 클로로, 브로모 또는 메틸 또는 B는 H;Z는 플루오로, 클로로, 보로모, 메틸, 에틸또는 메톡시.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, B가 수소이거나, 또는 A와 B모두가 클로로 또는 모두가 메틸인 화합물,
  7. 제 5항에 있어서, A가 클로로 또는 브로모 B가 H, 또는 A와 B모두가 클로로이고 Z가 메틸인 화합물.
  8. a) X와 Y가 모두 산소이고 R3이 H일 경우에는 ⅰ)염기가 존재하는 적당한 유기 용매내에서 일반식(Ⅵ)화합물을 산 염화물 R4COCI과 반응시키거나:
    ⅱ)염기가 존재하는 적당한 유기용매내에서 다음일반식 (Ⅸ) 화합물을 아민R1R2NH와 반응시키거나, 또는 (Ⅸ)화합물을 과량의 R1R2NH와 반응시키거나,
    ⅲ) 일반식(XXXⅢ) 화합물을 일반식 R4-CO-NH2화합물 및 염기와 반응시키고:
    b) X와 Y모두가 산소이고 R3가 R4가 그룹C(O)N 과 합해져 다음의 고리를 만들경우에는
    ⅰ)일반식(X)화합물을 상-전환 촉매가 들어 있는 유기용매와 물로 이루어진 2-상 시스템내의 염기와 반응시키고.
    c) X와 Y모두가 산소, R3이 H, R4가 그룹일 경우에는 ⅰ) 일반식 (XⅦ) 화합물을 적당한 용매내에 플로라이드 전환시약으로 처리하고,
    d)X와 Y모두가 산소, R3이 H, R4가 그룹일 경우에는 ⅰ)일반식 (XⅨ)화합물을 적당한 용매내에서 불화제로 처리하거나, 또는
    ⅱ)일반식 (Ⅵ)화합물을
    염기가 들어 있는 적당한 유기용매내에서 일반식(XXXⅤ)의 산 염화물로 처리하고 ;
    e)X가 산소 또는 황이고 Y가 황, R3이 H인 경우에는 ⅰ)일반식(Ⅱ) 화합물을 적당한 용매내에서 티온화 시약으로 처리하여 X가 산소, Y가 황, R3이 수소인 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 만들거나 또는 X가 산소, Y가 황, R3이 수소인 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물과 X와Y가 모두 황이고 R3이 수소인 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물과의 혼합물을 만들거나
    f)X가 황, Y가 산소, R3이 H인 경우에는 ⅰ)-78℃ - +25℃ 온도에서 일반식(XXⅢ)의 이소티오시아네이트를 적당한 용매 내에서 유기금속 시약 R4Li 또는 R4Mghal과 반응시키거나 또는
    ii) 일반식(XXⅥ)산 염화물을 염기가 존재하는 상태에서 아민 R1R2NH와 반응시키거나
    또는 g)X와 Y모두가 산소, R3이 H, R4가 그룹일 경우에는 ⅰ)일반식 (XⅨ)화합물을 염기가 존재하는 적당한 용매내에서 할라이드 R''-hal과 반응시켜
    식중, A,B,D,E,R1, R2및 R4는 (달리 언급이 없는한) 제 1항과 동일하고, R5및 R6는 H, C1-4알킬, 또는 할로겐, R8과 R9는 H, C1-4알킬 또는 C1-4할로알킬, R''는 C1-4알킬, X' 는 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드, hal은 할로겐, L은 이탈기 제 1항의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 살균 효과를 낼수 있을 만큼의 제 1항의 화합물과 살균적으로 허용가능한 이의 담체 또는 희석제로 구성된 살균조성물.
  10. 제 1항의 화합물 또는 제 9항의 조성물을 식물, 식물의 종자 또는 이들의 심어진 장소에 살포하는 것으로 이루어진 균 퇴치방법.
