트리메부틴 기재 서방형 조성물 및 그 제조 방법

Claims (7)

  1. 전체 조성물의 15 내지 20중량%를 구성하는 수용성 희석제 20 내지 25중량% 및 타르타르산 10 내지 25중량%를 추가로 포함하는 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스로 된 친수성의 다공성 매트릭스(matrix)중에 균질하게 분산된 조성물의 35 내지 45중량%를 구성하는 활성제로 이루어지고, 상기 활성제가 다음식의 2-디메틸아미노-2-페닐-1-부틸 3,4,5-트리메톡시벤조에이트 또는 제약상 허용되는 아들의 산 부가염중의 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복되지 않은 정제 형태의 제약 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 희석제가 락토오스 또는 만니톨인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스의 점도가 3000 내지 5000 mPa. S인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 전항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 활성제가 말레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 전항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 정제 당 활성제를 175 내지 323㎎ 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 활성제, 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰오스, 희석제 및 타르타르산을 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 정제 형태로 압축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 조성물의 제조 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 활성제, 희석제 및 타르타르산으로 된 혼합물을 습식 방법으로 조립하여 습윤 과립을 형성하고, 이 습윤 과립을 건조시켜 건조 과립을 얻고, 이 건조 과립을 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스와 혼합하여 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스를 함유하는 혼합물을 얻고, 이 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스를 함유하는 혼합물을 압착하여 정제를 얻는 것으로 구성되는 제조 방법.
