제1도는 펌핑된 JT공정에 관한 폐쇄 루프(loop)공정을 나타내는 공정흐름도이다.
Claims (7)
- 저장용기에 함유된 액화 천연 가스의 휘산으로 인해 발생된 휘산분 가스를 폐쇄 - 루프(loop)질소 냉동시스템에서 냉각 및 액화한 다음, 상기 저장용기에 회수하는 액화 공정에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄 - 루프 냉동 시스템이초기 단계와 말기 단계를 가진 다단계 압축기 시스템에서 작동유체로서 질소를 압축하여 압축된 작동유체를 형성하고, 상기 압축된 작동유체를 제1류와 제2류로 분리하고, 제1류를 등엔탈피 팽창시켜 냉각된 제1류를 형성한 다음, 상기 제1류를 순환 압축작동 유체와 휘산분가스에의해 가온하고, 제2류를 등엔트로피 팽창시켜 냉각된 팽창류를 형성한 다음, 압축기 시스템에 회수하기 전에 상기 제2류를 휘산분 가스와 작동유체에 의해 가온하는 단계로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 페쇄 루프 냉동시스템을 사용하여 약 0 - 10 부피%의 질소를 함유한 휘산분가스를 재액화할 때, (a) 최소한 하나의 액채분을 발생시키는 조건하에서 상기 제1류를 등엔탈피 팽창시키고, (b) 액체 분율로부터 증기분율을 분리하고, (c) 상기 증기분율을 휘산분가스외 재순환 압축 작동 유체에 의해 가온하고, (d )(a) 단계에서 형성된 액체분을 펌핑에 의해 압축하고, (e) 압축된 액체분율을 휘산분 가스로 먼저 가온한 다음, 상기 등엔트로피로 팽창된 제2류의 가온을 병행하는 것을 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질소 작동유체가 약 500 - 100 psia의 압력으로 압축되는 공정.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1류가 등엔탈피 팽창하기 전에 약 - 185 ~ -85°F 의 온도로 냉각되는 공정.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1류가 등엔탈 피 팽창시 25 ∼125 psia 의 압력으로 팽창되는 공정.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제2류가 등엔트로피 팽창전에 약 -75 ∼ - 150°F의온도로 냉각되는 공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제2류가 25 - 125 psia의 압력으로 팽창되는 공정.
- 제6항에 있어서, 등엔탈피 팽창으로부터 액체압력이 약 125 - 275 psia로 증가되고, 다단계 압축기 시스템의 초기 단계와 최종 단계의 중간 단게로 회수되는 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
