Claims (12)
- 다성분 냉매들로 구성 된 두 개의 폐사이클을 사용한 천연가스 원료기류의 액화공정에 있어서, 다성분 냉매는 천연가스 원료를 냉가시키고 액화시키는 저준위 냉매와 이 저준위 냉매를 냉각 시키는 고준위 냉매로 구성되었으며, 천연가스 원료기류와 예비냉각기내의 비등하는 단일성분과의 열교환에 의한 수화물의 형성을 방지시키기 위해 천연가스 원료기류를 예비냉각시켜 기화된 냉매를 만들어내며 여기에서 예비냉각기의 온도는 예비냉각기내의 상기 비등하는 단일성분 냉매상의 압력을 조절함으로써 조절되며, 압력을 증가시켜 상기 고준위 다성분 냉매와의 열교환에 의해 상기 기화된 냉매를 응축하고, 상기 응축된 냉매를 청정한 뒤 이 청전된 냉매를 상기 예비냉각기로 재순환 하도록 희귀시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단일성분 냉매의 압력증가는 고준위 다성분 냉매에 대해 단일성분 냉매를 압축하기 전에 이 단일성분 냉매를 압축함으로써 이룩하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단일성분 냉매의 압력증가는 고준위 다성분 냉매에 대해 단일성분 냉매를 열교환시켜 압축을 실시한 후 이 단일성분 냉매를 펌핑시켜 이룩하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단일성분 냉매의 압력증가는 상기 기화된 냉매를 상기 고준위 다성분 냉매와의 열교환에 의해 응축하기 전에 응축시켜서 고준위 냉매에 대해 응축한 후 상기 냉매를 펌핑시킴으로써 이룩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 한 개의 폐 사이클을 사용한 천연가스 원료 기류의 액화공정에 있어서, 다성분 냉매는 천연가스를 냉각시켜 액화시키며, 천연가스 원료기류는 예비냉각기내의 비등하는 단일성분 냉매와 열교환을 하여 천연가스 원료기류내의 압축에 의해 물의 제거를 최대화 하면서 수화물의 형성을 방지하기 위해 천연가스 원료기류를 예비냉각시키며, 기화된 냉매를 만들어내고 여기에서 예비냉각기의 온도는 예비냉각기 중의 상기 비등하는 단일성분 냉매의 압력을 조절함으로써 조절하며, 압력을 증가시며 상기 다성분 냉매와 열교환함으로써 상기 기화된 냉매를 응축하며, 상기 기화된 냉매를 청정하여 이 청정된 냉매를 상기 예비냉각기로 복귀시켜 순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 단일성분 냉매의 압력증가는 다성분 냉매에 대해 열교환시켜 응축하기 전에 냉매를 응축함으로써 이룩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 단일성분 냉매의 압력증가는 다성분 냉매에 대해 열교환시켜 응축한 후 이 냉매를 펌핑시켜 이룩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 단일성분 냉매의 압력증가는 상기 기화된 냉매를 상기 고준위 다성분 냉매와 열교환시켜 압축하기 이전에 기화된 냉매를 압축시키고 이 냉매를 다성분 냉매에 대해 응축한 후 상기 냉매를 펌핑함으로써 이룩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 다성분 냉매들로 구성된 두 개의 폐 사이클을 사용하여 천연가스 원료기류를 액화시키는 공정에 있어서, 다성분 냉매들은 천연가스 원료기류를 냉가시키고 액화시키는 저준위 냉매와 저준위 냉매를 냉각시키는 고준위 냉매로 구성되며, 첫 번째 폐 냉동 사이클내에서는 저준위 냉매와의 열교환에 의해 천연가스 기류를 냉각하고 액화시키며, 이대 냉매는 상기 열교환 중에 가온되고, 이 가온 된 저준위 냉매를 승압으로 응축시키고 외부의 냉각용 유체에 대해 후 냉각시키며, 두 번째 폐 냉동 사이클 중에서 상기 저준위 냉매를 두 번째 폐 냉동 사이클 중의 고준위 다성분 냉매에 대해 다단계 열교환시켜 냉각시키며, 이때 고준위 냉매는 상기 열교환중에 가온되고 이 가온된 고준위 냉매를 승압으로 응축시키고, 이를 외부의 냉각용 유체에 대해 후 냉각시켜 부분적으로 상기 냉매를 액화시키며, 상기 고준위 냉매를 증기상 냉매기류와 액체상 냉매기류로 상을 분리시키며, 액체상 냉매기류의 일부를 다단계에서 저온 및 저압으로 차 냉각시키고 팽창시켜 저준위 냉매를 냉각시키고 증기상 냉매기류를 냉각시켜 액화시키며, 증기상 냉매기류를 응축시키고 이를 외부의 냉각용 유체에 대해 응축시키되, 액체상 기류에 대해 차 냉각시키고 저온 및 저압으로 팽창시키기 이전에 응축시켜 가장 낮은 단계의 냉각은 저준위 냉매에 대해 제공하는 것으로 구성된 액화공정중에 천연가스 원료기류와 예비냉각기내의 비등하는 단일성분 냉매와의 열교환에 의한 수화물의 형성을 방지시키기 위해 천연가스 원료기류를 예비냉각시켜 기화된 냉매를 만들어내며 여기에서 예비냉각기의 온도는 예비냉각기내의 상기 비등하는 단일성분 냉매상의 압력을 조절함으로써 조절되며, 압력을 증가시켜 상기 고준위 다성분 냉매와의 열교환에 의해 상기 기화된 냉매를 압축하고, 상기 압축된 냉매를 청정한 뒤 이 청정된 냉매를 상기 예비냉각기로 재순환 하도록 희귀시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화공정.
- 제9항에 있어서 단일 성분냉매의 압력증가는 이 냉매를 고준위 다성분냉매에 대해 열교환시켜 응축하기 이전에 이를 응축시킴으로써 이룩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제9항에 있어서, 단일성분 냉매의 압력증가는 이 냉매를 고준위 다성분 냉매에 대해 열교환시켜 응축한 후에 이를 응축시켜 펌핑함으로써 이룩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
