Det særegne ved oppfinnelsen er at den med ventilsetet samvirkende tetningsdel er utformet med et sylindrisk parti som er innrettet til å gripe om hylsens med bunn forsynte ende og har et innadrettet, hensiktsmessig omkringløpende fremspring som for begrensning av delenes forskyvning fra hinannen samvirker med et ved hylsens bunn anordnet utadrettet, hensiktsmessig omkringløp-ende fremspring, samt at det fjærende organ er anordnet i en fordypning i hylsens bunn og/eller i tetningsdelen, således at hylsen og tetningsdelen kommer til innbyrdes anlegg ved en viss sammentrykking av det fjærende organ. Ventillegemet ifølge oppfinnelsen er særlig billig å fremstille, da dets deler kan fremstilles på enkel måte av plast og gummi og da det er enkelt å montere.
Oppfinnelsen skal beskrives nærmere i tilslutning til tegningen som gjengir en som eksempel valgt utførelse av ventillegemet. Fig. 1 viser skjematisk en vannledningskran i snitt og forsynt med ventillegemet, fig. 2 viser i betydelig større målestokk selve ventillegemet i lengdesnitt og fig. 3 viser i samme målestokk ventillegemet sett ovenfra,
Vannledningskranens tilløpsdel er betegnet med 1 og dens utløpsdel med 2. Tilløpsdelen 1 er utformet med et sete 3 som ventillegemet 4 er innrettet til å samvirke med. Ventillegemet forskyves av en ventilspindel 5 i retning mot og fra ventilsetet 3, idet legemets 4 parti 6 som vender met ventilsetet 3, tjener som tetning.
Ifølge oppfinnelsen er dette parti 6 av ventillegemet utformet i en særskilt del som innenfor visse grenser er forskyvbar i legemets 4 lengderetning i forhold til dets øvrige del 7 som samvirker med ventilspindelen 5. Dessuten samvirker begge disse deler 6 og 7 med et fjærende organ 8 som søker å forskyve disse deler i retning fra hinannen,
Den med ventilspindelen 5 samvirkende del 7 utgjøres av en med bunn forsynt hylse eller lignende som har innvendige gjenger som samvirker med ventilspindelens 5 gjenger. Hylsen 7 har utvendig ferm av en sekskant, således at den er forskyvbar i kran-huset uten å kunne dreies, idet huset er forsynt med en på lignende måte formet styring 9.
Tetningsdelen 6 er anordnet foran hylsens 7 bunn 10 med det fjærende organ 8 anordnet mellom tetningsdelen 6 og bunnen 10.
Det fjærende organ 8 kan utgjøres av en skrufjær eller lignende, men den viste utførelse er å foretrekke og utgjøres av et legeme av gummi eller lignende elastisk materiale. Dette legeme 8, som hensiktsmessig er ringformet, er anordnet i en fordypning 11 i hylsens 7 bunn 10. Fordypningen 11 kan også være anordnet i tetningsdelen 6 eller både i hylsen 7 og i delen 6. Derved vil delene 6 og 7 slå an mot hinannen ved en viss sammentrykking av legemet 8, hvilken sammentrykking velges således at gummiens kritiske kompressjon ikke overskrides.
Tetningsdelen 6 er utformet med et parti 12 som er i inngrep med hylsen 7 og begrenser delens 6 forskyvning i forhold til hylsen 7. Ifølge tegningen er partiet 12 sylindrisk og griper om hylsens 7 med bunn forsynte ende og er forsynt med en innadrettet omkringløpende flens 13 som for begrensningen av forskyvningen samvirker med en ved hylsens 7 bunn 10 anordnet utadrettet utvid-else 14. Ved at delene 6 og 7 er formstøpt eller sprøytestøpt av en egnet hårdplast, f.eks. av nylontypen, kan delene 6 og 7 ved monteringen helt enkelt trykkes fast mot hinannen således at flen-sen 13 og utvidelsen 14 bringes til å innta sine virksomme innbyrdes stillinger, 9om vist på fig. 2.
Ifølge en annen, ikke vist utførelse, kan det parti 12 som er i inngrep med hylsen 7, utgjøres av en med hode forsynt, på tetningsdelen 6 sentralt anbragt tapp som er ført gjennom et sentralt hull i hylsens 7 bunn 10. Tappens hode er således anordnet at den ved sitt samvirke med bunnen 10 begrenser tetningsdelens 6 forskyvning fra hylsen 7. I henhold til en ytterligere utførelse kan tetningsdelen 6 være forsynt med flere sådanne tapper, men da går den vesentlige egenskap at tetningsdelen 6 er dreibar på hylsen 7, tapt.

Claims (1)

  1. Ventillegeme, særlig for vannledningskraner og lignende sanitærarmaturer, som er innrettet til å for3kyves av en ventil - spindel (5) eller lignende i retning mot og fra et ventilsete (3), hvilket ventillegeme (4) dels består av en med ventilspindelen (5) samvirkende del (7) i form av en med bunn (10) forsynt hylse eller lignende med innvendige gjenger for samvirke med utvendige gjenger på ventilspindelen (5), dels av en.med ventilsetet (3) samvirkende tetningsdel (6) og dels av et mellom disse deler (6, 7) anordnet fjærende organ (8) som søker å forskyve delene (6, 7) i retning fra hinannen, karakterisert ved at den med ventilsetet (3) samvirkende tetningsdel (6) er utformet med et sylindrisk parti (12) som ér innrettet til å gripe om hylsens (7) med bunn (10) forsynte ende og har et innadrettet, hensiktsmessig omkringløpende fremspring (13) som for begrensning av delenes (6, 7) forskyvning fra hinannen samvirker med et ved hylsens (7) bann (10) anordnet utadrettet, hensiktsmessig omkringløp-ende fremspring (14), samt at det fjærende organ (8) er anordnet i en fordypning (11) i hylsens (7) bunn (10) og/eller i tetningsdelen (6), således at hylsen (7) og tetningsdelen (6) kommer til innbyrdes anlegg ved en viss sammentrykking av det fjærende organ (8).
