Claims (13)
- 기화(boil-off)가스를 폐쇄-루우프 냉각 시스템에서 냉각 및 액화시킨 후 저장용기로 회송하며, 상기 폐쇄-루우프 냉각 시스템은 압축 시스템에서 질소를 작용 유체로서 압축시켜서 압축 작용 유체를 생성케하고 ; 상기 압축 작용 유체를 제1 및 제2스트림으로 나누고 ; 상기 제1스트림을 등엔탈피 팽창시켜 냉각 제1스트림을 생성케한 후, 기화 가스 및 압축 작용 유체를 가온하고 ; 제2스트림을 등온팽창시켜서 냉각 팽창된 스트림을 만들고 이것은 작용 유체에 대한 가온 및 압축 시스템으로의 회송전에, 기화가스에 대하여 가온되어 적어도 부분적으로 응축된 기화 가스를 생성시키는 단계를 포함하며 (a) 적어도 액체 부분이 등온 팽창된 스트림보다 더 높은 압력에서 생성되는 조건하에서, 질소 함량이 약 0-5%일때 상기 제1스트림을 등엔탈피 팽창시키고 ; (b) 그 액체 부분이 압축 시스템으로 회송되기 전에 부분적으로 응축된 기화 가스 및 압축된 작용 유체에 대하여 그 부분을 가온시키는 것을 포함하는 약 0-5 부피%의 질소를 함유하며 기화 가스를 재액화함을 특징으로 하는 저장 용기에 담긴 액체 천연 가스의 증발에 의해 생긴 기화 가스를 액화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질소 작용 유체가 600-900psig의 압력으로 압축되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1스트림 유체가 약 200-320psia의 압력으로 등엔탈피 팽창되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1스트림이 팽창되기 전에 약 -240 내지 -265°F의 온도로 냉각되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제2스트림이 팽창되기 전에 약 -80 내지 약 -120°F의 온도로 냉각되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제2스트림이 약 70 내지 약 120psia의 압력으로 팽창되는 방법.
- 기화 가스를 폐쇄-루우프 냉각 시스템에서 냉각 및 액화시킨 후 저장 용기로 회송하며 상기 폐쇄-루우프 냉각 시스템은 압축 시스템에서 질소를 작용 유체로서 압축시켜서 압축 작용 유체를 생성케하고 ; 상기 압축 작용 유체를 제1 및 제2스트림으로 나누고 ; 상기 제2스트림을 등엔탈피 팽창시켜 냉각 제1스트림을 생성케 한후, 기화 가스 및 재순환 압축 작용 유체를 가온하고 ; 제2스트림을 등온팽창시켜서 냉각 팽창된 스트림을 만들고, 이것은 압축 시스템으로의 회송전에, 기화 가스 및 작용 유체에 대하여 가온되는 단계를 포함하며, (a) 적어도 액체 부분이 등온 팽창된 스트림보다 더 높은 압력에서 생성되는 조건하에서, 상기 제1스트림을 등엔탈피 팽창시키고 ; (b) 그 액체부분이 압축 시스템으로 회송되기 전에 부분적으로 응축된 기화 가스 및 압축된 작용 유체에 대하여 그 부분을 가온하고 ; (c) 기체 부분이 생성될때는 액체부분과 분리하고 ; (d) 기체부분이 생성되면 기화 가스 및 재순환 압축작용 유체에 대하여 기체부분을 가온하고 ; (e) 단계(a)에서 생성된 액체부분을 제1주부분 및 제2소부분으로 나누고 ; (f) 상기 등온 팽창된 제2스트림을 가온함과 동시에 기화 가스에 대하여 액체부분의 제1주부분을 가온하고 ; (g) 제2소부분을 등엔탈피 팽창시켜, 제2냉각 액체부분 및 제2기체부분을 생성시킨 후, 제2냉각 액체 부분 및 상기 제2기체부분을 최종 응축을 위하여 부분적으로 응축된 기화 가스에 대하여 가온하는 것을 포함하고, 약 0-5부피%의 질소를 함유하는 기화 가스를 재액화함을 특징으로 하는 저장용기에 담긴 액체 천연 가스의 증발에 의해 생긴 기화 가스를 액화시키는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 질소 작용 유체는 약 600 내지 900psia의 압력으로 압축되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1스트림이 첫번째 등엔탈피 팽창되기 전에 약 -270 내지 -282°F의 온도로 냉각되는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제1스트림이 첫번째 등엔탈피 팽창에서 130-260psia의 압력으로 팽창되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제2스트림이 등온 팽창되기 전에 약 -80 내지 -120°F의 온도로 냉각되는 방법.
