제1도는 응축된 냉각제(refrigerant)가 외부 냉각제 흐름에 의해 팽창전에 차냉각(sub-cool)되는 본 발명의 일 구현예.
제2도는 응축된 냉각제가 들어오는 탄화수소 공정흐름이 차냉각이 되는 같은 열교환 구역에서 압력 감소후 그 자체에 대하여 팽창전에 차냉각되는 본 발명의 일 구현예.
제3도는 고압력 냉각제(refrigerant liquid)가 두개의 열교환 단계에서 팽창전에 차냉각되고, 초기에 차냉각된 액체의 일 부분의 초기 차냉각되는 냉각효율을 제공하기 위하여 중간압력까지 팽창되는 본 발명의 양호한 구현예.
Claims (9)
- 통상 가스체인 탄화수소 생성물 흐름의 차냉각 방법에 있어서, 이 방법은 : a) 액체상, 차냉각된, 다성분, 통상 가스체인 탄화수소 흐름(1a)이 저압력, 단열가스/액체 분리구역(4,6)에서 팽창이 되고 ; b) 저압력, 단열가스/액체 분리구역(4,6)으로부터 다성분, 통상 가스체인 탄화수소 흐름의 적어도 2개의 가장 가벼운 성분의 일부를 포함하는 가스인 냉각제 흐름(8)이 회수되고 ; c) 높여진 압력에서 가스체인 냉각제 흐름(8)을 압축하며(9), 그 후 고압력 냉각제(12)를 형성하기 위해 흐름을 응축하며(10) ; d) 제1의 냉 냉각체(15)를 형성하기 위해 고압력 냉각체의 적어도 일 부분이 차냉각되며(14) ; e) 제1의 저압력 냉각제(27)를 형성하기 위해 제1의 냉 냉각체(15)의 적어도 일 부분이 팽창되며 ; f) 제1의 저압력 재증기화된 냉각제(29)를 형성하기 위해 제1의 저압력 냉각제(27)를 증기화하며(3) ; g) 저압력, 단열가스/액체 분리구역(4,6)에 제1의 저압력 재증기화된 냉각제(29)를 도입하며 ; h) 저압력, 단열가스/액체 분리구역(4,6)에로 팽창되는 액체상, 차냉각된, 다성분 통상 가스체인 탄화수소 흐름(1a)을 형성하기 위해서 제1의 저압력 냉각제(27)와 간접 열교환에 의하여 다성분, 통상 가스인, 탄화수소 공정흐름(1)을 차냉각하며 ; 그리고 i) 저압력, 단열가스/액체 분리구역(4,6)로부터 통상 가스체인 액체상, 탄화수소 생성물 흐름(5)을 회수하는 ; 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 통상 가스체인 탄화수소 생성물흐름의 차냉각방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 저압력 냉각제(27)가 2상 혼합물이라는 것을 특징으로 하는 통상 가스체인 탄화수소 생성물 흐름의 차냉각 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 고압력 냉각체는 제1의 저압력 냉각제와 간접 열교환에 의해 차냉각이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통상 가스체인 탄화수소 생성물 흐름의 차냉각 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이 방법은 : a) 고압력 액체 냉각제(12)가 초기에 차냉각이 되고, 그것으로부터 제1의 냉 냉각제(15) 이상의 온도를 가지는 제2의 냉 냉각제로 나누어지고 ; b) 제1의 중간압력 냉각제(18)를 형성하기 위하여, 제2의 냉 냉각체의 일 부분을 적어도 팽창하며 ; c) 제1의 중간압력 냉각제(18)으로부터 제1의 중간압력 재증기화된 냉각제(19)를 형성하기 위하여, 고압력 냉각제(12)와 함께 간접 열교환에서 제1의 중간압력 냉각제(18)를 증기화하며(13) ; 그리고 d) 압축을 당하는 가스인 냉각제 흐름(8)과 제1의 중간압력 재증기화된 냉각제(19)를 결합하는 ; 부가적인 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통상 가스체인 탄화수소 생성물 흐름의 차냉각 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스체인 냉각제 흐름(8)은 3과 35바 사이의 증가된 압력에서 압축이 되며, 저압력, 단열가스/액체 분리구역(4,6)는 0.8과 2.0바 사이의 압력에서 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통상 가스체인 탄화수소 생성물 흐름의 차냉각 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저압력, 가스/액체 분리구역(4,6)은 보관용기(6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통상 가스체인 탄화수소 생성물 흐름의 차냉각 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저압력, 단열가스/액체 분리구역(4,6)은 플래시 분리기(4)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 통상 가스체인 탄화수소 생성물 흐름의 차냉각 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1의 중간압력 재증기화된 냉각제(19)는 2와 15바 사이의 압력에서 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통상 가스체인 탄화수소 생성물 흐름의 차냉각 방법.
