Claims (7)
- LPGボイルオフガス(BOG)を液化するためのシステムであって、
このシステムが、LNG燃料供給システムを具備し、
このLNG燃料供給システムが、少なくとも1つのLNG燃料タンク(23)と、第1LNG燃料ライン(5)と、この第1LNG燃料ライン(5)の下流側においてこの第1LNG燃料ライン(5)に対して直列に配置された第2LNG燃料ライン(13)と、LPG積荷システムと、を備え、
前記LPG積荷システムが、少なくとも1つのLPG積荷タンク(20)と、BOGライン(1)と、凝縮液ライン(3)が設けられた少なくとも1つの再液化ユニット(100)と、を備え、
このようなシステムにおいて、

前記第1バルブ(29)が開放されかつ前記第2バルブ(30)が閉塞されたときには、前記蒸発器が、凝縮液サブ冷却器(15)とされ、この凝縮液サブ冷却器(15)が、前記燃料タンク(23)からのLNGを蒸発させることによってLPG凝縮液をサブ冷却し得るよう構成され、前記凝縮液サブ冷却器(15)が、前記再液化ユニット(100)と前記積荷タンク(20)との間において前記凝縮液ライン(3)上に配置されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、
前記BOGコンデンサの後段に、戻りポンプが配置され、
前記戻りポンプが、凝縮させたBOGを前記積荷タンク(20)へと戻し得るよう構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - LNG燃料供給システムを具備したシステム内においてLPGボイルオフガス(BOG)を液化するための方法であって、
前記LNG燃料供給システムが、少なくとも1つのLNG燃料タンク(23)と、第1LNG燃料ライン(5)と、この第1LNG燃料ライン(5)の下流側においてこの第1LNG燃料ライン(5)に対して直列に配置された第2LNG燃料ライン(13)と、LPG積荷システムと、を備え、さらに、前記LPG積荷システムが、少なくとも1つのLPG積荷タンク(20)と、BOGライン(1)と、凝縮液ライン(3)が設けられた少なくとも1つの再液化ユニット(100)と、を備えている場合に、
−前記LNG燃料タンク(23)と前記第2LNG燃料ライン(13)との間において前記第1LNG燃料ライン(5)上に設けられた2つの蒸発器(15,22)と、これら2つの蒸発器(15,22)よりも下流側に配置された少なくとも1つの蒸発器(25)と、を準備し;
−前記LNG燃料タンク(23)からのLNGを蒸発させることによってBOGを凝縮させ;
−前記少なくとも1つの再液化ユニット(100)に積荷コンプレッサ(40,41)を設け、この際、前記積荷コンプレッサ(40,41)を、単一ステージモードで配置し、さらに、前記積荷コンプレッサ(40,41)を、BOGコンデンサとして機能する前記蒸発器(15)の前方に配置するとともに、前記積荷タンク(20)から流れるBOGを、その後に凝縮液として前記積荷タンク(20)へと戻し得る程度にまで、十分に加圧し;
−それによって凝縮されたBOGを、前記積荷タンク(20)へと戻す;
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3記載の方法において、
前記LNG燃料タンク(23)からのLNG流を、自由な流れとし、
さらに、前記BOGコンデンサの後段に、戻りポンプを配置し、この場合、前記戻りポンプを、凝縮させたBOGを前記積荷タンク(20)へと戻し得るよう構成されたものとすることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3記載の方法において、
さらに、
−前記少なくとも1つの蒸発器(25)において、前記蒸発器(15,22)から受領した残留LNGを、蒸発させ;
−前記少なくとも1つの蒸発器(25)の下流側に、少なくとも1つの過熱器(26)を設けるとともに、この過熱器(26)において、前記少なくとも1つの蒸発器(25)から受領した蒸気を、好ましい燃料ガス温度にまで加熱する;
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3記載の方法において、
さらに、
−互いに異なる第1積荷と第2積荷とを同時に輸送するための少なくとも2つの積荷タンク(20)を準備し;
−前記2つの蒸発器(22,15)を直列で動作させることにより、まず最初に、LNGを、少なくとも一方の蒸発器(22)内において、前記第1積荷に対して蒸発させ、その後、その蒸発させたLNGを、ライン(74)を通して、および、前記第2積荷に関して動作している並列蒸発器(20)上のライン(80)を通して、流し、
−得られた暖められた蒸発したLNGを、ライン(5)を通して、前記燃料ガスシステムへと戻す、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項6記載の方法において、
前記第1積荷を、プロパンとし、
前記第2積荷を、ブタンとする、
ことを特徴とする方法。
