Claims (15)

  1. Ia) 안료 합성전 또는 합성중에 안료를 물과 섞이지 않는 분산매와 접촉시킨 다음 안료 합성을 완성시켜 안료 및 물과 섞이지 않는 분산매를 포함하는 안료 조성물을 제조하고 그 생성물을 단리하거나 또는 임의로 Ib) 충분하게 합성된 수성 안료 조성물을 지방족 유기산 및 경우에 따라 물과 섞이지 않는 분산매와 접촉시키고, 이렇게 수득된 혼합물의 pH값을 7.0미만으로 조정시키며 이어 혼합물의 pH값을 7.0이상으로 조정함으로써 유기산을 수성상으로 이전시켜 안료 및 물과 섞이지 않는 분산매를 포함하는 안료 조성물을 단리하거나, 또는 II) 통상적으로 충분히 합성된 수성 안료 슬러리를 지방족 유기산 및 물과 섞이지 않는 분산매와 접촉시키고, 이렇게 수득된 혼합물의 pH값을 7.0미만으로 조정한 다음 혼합물의 pH값을 7.0이상으로 조정함으로써 유기산을 수성상으로 이전시켜 안료 및 물과 섞이지 않는 분산매를 포함하는 안료 조성물을 단리하는 것을 포함하는 안료 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 방법 Ia)에서 물과 섞이지 않은 분산매를 1개 이상의 안료 전구체와 접촉시키는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 안료 전구체가 디아조 또는 테트라아조 성분 및/또는 아조 커플링 성분인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 방법 Ia)에서 물과 섞이지 않는 분산매를 안료 합성반응 전 또는 합성중에 안료 합성통(vat)에 부가하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 분산매가 수지 또는 그의 변성물, 송진 또는 송진 유도체이거나 또는 비수지인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 분산매가 수지 또는 그의 변성물, 송진 또는 송진 유도체이거나 또는 비수지인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 수지가 알키드수지 또는 페놀수지 또는 그의 송진 변성물, 또는 말레 수지 또는 아크릴 수지인 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 비수지가 260 내지 290℃비점 범위의 증류 오일, 식물유 또는 그의 유도체, 아마인유 또는 동유인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 유기산이 C5-C18직쇄 또는 측쇄의 포화 또는 불포화 카르복시산인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 산이 C6-C10직쇄 또는 측쇄의 포화 알칸 카르복시산인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 최종 안료 조성물에서 안료대 분산매의 상대적 비율이 중량 기준으로 1:2 내지 20:1 범위인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 최종 안료 조성물의 수분 함량이 1중량 %미만에서 75중량%까지의 범위인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 안료가 아조 안료인 방법.
  14. 제1항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 안료 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 따른 안료 조성물을 포함하는 인쇄 잉크 또는 도료.
