Claims (12)

  1. 수용액중에서 운점을 갖는 하나이상의 비이온성 계면활성제를 함유하는 각 고체의 수성현탁액을 제조하고, 사용된 계면활성제의 운점이상의 온도에서 고체를 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 수불용성이거나 거의 수불용성인 고체의 고농축 수성프레스 케이크를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 먼저 고체의 현탁액을 운점이하의 온도에서 계면활성제 또는 계면활성제 혼합물과 혼합하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 먼저 고체의 계면활성제-함유현탁액을 계면활성제 또는 계면활성제 혼합물 존재하에 그의 수용액으로부터 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 고체가 아조염료 또는 아조안료이며, 계면활성제를 아조커플링 후에 커플링 현탁액에 가하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제 또는 계면활성제 혼합물의 운점이 수중에서 5 내지 90℃인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제 또는 계면활성제 혼합물의 운점이 수중에서 20 내지 70℃인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 고체표면적 ㎡당 0.5 내지 15㎎의 계면활성제를 사용하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 고체표면적 ㎡당 1내지 6㎎의 계면활성제를 사용하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 사용된 비이온성 계면활성제가 에틸렌옥사이드와 프로필렌옥사이드의 블록중합체인 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 사용된 비이온성 계면활성제가 지방족 하이드록시 또는 아미노화합물의 옥시알킬레이트인 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 사용된 비이온성 계면활성제가 방향족, 지환족 또는 헤테로사이클릭 하이드록시 또는 아미노 화합물의 옥시알킬레이트인 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 운점이상에서 수득된 프레스 케이크가 전단력의 작용으로 운점이하에서 액화되는 방법.
