Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the concentrate of easy-to-handle insoluble organic compound by dissolving hard-to-dissolve organic compounds into the aqueous mixed solution of noionic active agents and ionic active agents then adding a separating agent to phase-separate and concentrate these, heating the solution and further dividing water.
CONSTITUTION: Organic compounds hard to dissolve or insoluble in water used for various fields are dissolved in the mixed micell solution comprising mixing suitable amounts of ionic active agents such as higher fatty acid salts and nonionic active agents such as higher alcohols, to which is added a separating agent of organic or inorganic water soluble salts to cause phase separation. In this way, the insoluble organic compounds are phase-separated together with the separating agent and are concentrated. This concentrate maintains an even and stable state for a long period of time, is high in concentration, does not require the use of any solvent or the like and renders itself to various applications. The abovementioned treatment may be done by heating the solution to a suitable temperature then phase-separating and removing moisture.
