Claims (28)

  1. 수성 안료 슬러리 및 전색제를 혼합하고, 안료로부터 물을 플러싱하고 전색제를 안료에 운반하여 안료/전색제 혼성결정을 만들고, 그 혼성결정을 수성분산상중에 분산시키고, 그 안료/전색제 혼성결정을 분산상중에서 성장시켜 안료/전색제 클러스터를 만들며, 그리고 플러시 안료로서 분산상에서 안료/전색제 클러스터를 회수함으로 이루어지는 플러시안료의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그 회수는 분산매질로부터 안료/전색제 클러스터를 걸러 플러시 케이크를 형성함을 포장함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 플러시 케잌를 세척함을 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 그 플러시 케잌는 그것의 안료함량보다 더 적은 중량의 수분을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 플러시 케잌에서 수분을 제거함을 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 5% 미만의 수분을 가지는 페이스트형 혼합물을 형성함을 포함하는 방법.

  10. 제9항에 있어서, 그 안료는 프탈로시아닌 푸른색임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 그 유지 전색제는 건성유, 반건성유, 불건성유, 인쇄 니스, 광물성 기름, 로진, 이합체로진, 이합체 로진의 에스테르, 지방족 탄화수소 수지, 방향족 탄화수소 수지, 알킬-방향족 수지, 말레산 및 푸메르산 개질 로진, 페놀수지, 페놀개질 로진 에스테르, 알킷 수지, 우레탄 개질 알킷, 폴리올레핀, 쿠마론 수지, 프탈산염 에스테르, 아주까리 기름, 어유, 아미인 유, 콩기름, 광택 니스, 여러 가지의 히이트 세트계, 속건 계 및 스티임 세트 전색제 계로 구성된 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 그 유기 전색제는 콩기름임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 안료/전색제 비율이 1 : 7 내지 7 : 1 사이의 중량비임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 그 비율이 약 1 : 1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 그 안료는 커플링반응으로 만들어 지며, 그리고 그렇게 만들어 진 안료는 슬러리에 전색제를 부가함을 포함하는 수성 슬러리중에 침전됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 그 전색제를 슬러리내 안료의 전체중량에 기초하여 약 5내지 15중량% 사이의 양만큼 슬러리에 부가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 그 슬러리는 10% 미만의 고형물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.

  25. 전색제는 건성유, 반건성유, 불건성유, 인쇄 니스, 광물성 기름, 로진, 이합체 로진, 이합체 로진의 에스테르, 지방족 탄화수소 수지, 방향족 탄화수소 수지, 알킬-방향족 수지, 말레산 및 푸메르산 개질 로진, 페놀수지, 페놀 개질 로진 에스테르, 알킷 수지, 우레탄 개질 알킷, 폴리올레핀, 쿠마론 수지, 프탈산염 에스테르, 아주까리 기름, 어유, 아마인 유, 콩기름, 광택 니스, 여러 가지의 히이트 세트 계, 속건 계 및 스티임세트 전색제 계로 구성된 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 제19항에 따르는 안료.
  26. 전색제는 콩기름임을 특징으로 하는 제19항에 따르는 플러시 안료.
  27. 클러스터의 부피밀도가 약 0.5내지 0.8′gm/㎤ 사이임을 특징으로 하는 제19항에 따르는 플러시 안료.
  28. 클러스터의 직경(Dp)은 0.1내지 1.0 밀리미터 사이임을 특징으로 하는 제19항에 따르는 플러시 안료.
