Abstract
본 발명은 평균 입도 0.5 내지 25㎛인 비-소판 형태의 입자를 주성분으로 함유하는 유기 안료 조원료이고(거나) 평균 입도 0.01 내지 25㎛인 유기 안료 및 무기 충전제 안료를 주성분으로 함유하는 안료 조성물인 교반-혼입형 안료의 착색 유효랑을 고분자량 유기 물질 중으로 균질하게 분산시키는 것으로 이루어진 고분자량 유기 물질의 착색 방법을 개시하고 있다.

Claims (20)
- 평균 입도 0.5 내지 25㎛ 범위내인 비-소판 형태의 안료 입자를 주성분으로 함유하지만 카르바졸 디옥사진 조원료는 아닌 유기 교반-혼입형 안료이거나, 또는 무기 충전제 안료 0.1 내지 50중량부 및 유기 안료 50 내지 99.9 중량부로 이루어지며(여기서, 무기 충전제 안료 및 유기 안료의 중량부의 총합은 100임) 유기 안료의 평균 입도가 0.01 내지 25㎛범위 내인 안료 조성물인 교반-혼입형 안료를 고분자량 유기 물질의 현탁액 또는 용액 중으로 교반 혼입시킴으로써 고분자량의 유기 물질 내에 교반-혼입형 안료의 유효 착색량을 균질하게 분산시키는 것으로 이루어진 고분자량 유기 물질의 착색 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 교반-혼입형 안료 또는 유기 안료가 아조, 아조메틴, 메틴, 안트라퀴논, 프탈로시아닌, 페리논, 페릴렌, 디케토피롤로피롤, 티오인디고, 이미노이소인돌린, 이미노이소인돌리논, 퀴나크리돈, 플라반트론, 인단트롤, 안트라피리미딘 또는 퀴노프탈론 안료 조원료 또는 조절된 안료, 바람직하게는 디케토피롤로피롤, 퀴나크리돈, 안트라퀴논, 프탈로시아닌, 안단트론 또는 이미노이소인 돌리논 안료 조원료 또는 조절된 안료인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 교반-혼입형 안료 또는 안료 조성물이 분무-건조법 또는 유동층 건조법에 의해 그의 프레스케익으로부터 제조된 것인 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 무기 충전제 안료의 평균 입도가 1.0 내지 50㎛ 범위내, 바람직하게는 1.2 내지 30㎛범위 내인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료 조성물이 탄소 원자가 적어도 12개인 지방산, 아이드, 에스테르 또는 그의 염, 지방족 1,2-디올, 에폭시화 대두유, 에톡실화 지방 알코올, 왁스, 수지 산 및 수지 산 염, 또는 그의 염, 바람직하게는 로진(rosin) 산 또는 로진 산 염, 가장 바람직하게는 수불용성 로진 산 염으로부터 선택된 조직-개선제 0.05 내지 20중량부, 바람직하게는 1 내지 10중량부를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자량 유기 물질이 셀룰로오스 에테르, 셀룰로오스 에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에스테르, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리올레핀, 폴리스티렌, 폴리술폰, 폴리아미드, 폴리시클로아미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리에테르, 폴리에테르 케톤, 폴리비닐 할라이드, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 아크릴계 및 메타크릴계 중합체, 고무, 실리콘 중합체, 페놀/포름알데히드 수지, 멜라민/포름알데히드 수지, 우레아/포름알데히드 수지, 에폭시 수지, 디엔 고무 및 그의 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 코팅 또는 잉크 시스템인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자량 유기 물질이 바람직하게는 아크릴계 알키드, 에폭시, 페놀계, 멜라민, 우레아, 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 차단된 이소시아네이트, 벤조구아나민 또는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 수지, 또는 그의 조합물인 열-경화성 또는 가교결합성 반응성 코팅 시스템이거나 또는 아크릴계/멜라민, 알키드/멜라민 또는 열가소성 아크릴계 수지인 용매 또는 수함유 코팅 시스템인 방법.
- (a)무기 충전제 안료 0.1 내지 50중량부, (b)평균 입도 0.01 내지 25㎛ 범위내인 입자를 주성분으로 함유하는 유기 안료 50 내지 99.9 중량부, 및 임의로는 또한 (c)조직-개선제 0.05 내지 20중량부 (여기서, 무기 충전제 안료와 유기 안료의 중량부의 총합은 100임)로 이루어진 교반-혼입형 안료 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 무기 충전제 안료가 운모 또는 활석이고, 바람직하게는 유기 안료가 디케토피롤로피롤 안료인 교반-혼입형 안료 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 유기 안료가 디케토피롤로피롤 안료 1 내지 99중량% 및 아조, 퀴나프탈론, 안트라퀴논, 이미노이소인돌린, 이미노이소인돌론, 프탈로시아닌 또는 퀴나크리돈 안료 1 내지 99중량%로 이루어진 안료 혼합물인 교반-혼입형 안료 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 무기 충전제 안료가 운모 또는 활석이고, 유기 안료가 씨. 아이. 피그먼트 레드 254, 씨. 아이. 피그먼트 레드 255, 씨. 아이. 피그먼트 레드 264 및 씨. 아이. 피그먼트 오렌지 73인 교반-혼입형 안료 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 유기 안료가 씨. 아이. 피그먼트 레드 202, 씨. 아이. 피그먼트 레드 122 또는 씨. 아이. 피그먼트 바이올렛 19 또는 상응하는 안료 조원료인 교반-혼입형 안료 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
