Claims (30)

  1. a) 무수 프탈산 또는 프탈이미드, 우레아 및 구리 화합물을 실질적으로 연속적이고 균일한 속도로 무수, 과립상의 미리 형성된 구리 프탈로시아닌을 함유하는 반응용기에 장입시키고 또 반응 용기로 부터 반응 생성물을 제거함으로써 조 구리 프탈로시아닌을 제조하며; 또 b) 단계 a)에서 생성된 조 구리 프탈로시아닌을 무수 상태 또는 수성 매질에서 분쇄시키고; 분쇄된 물질을 i) 물 및 알칼리에 불용성이지만 산에는 용해성인 액체 C6-C20아민 및 ii)액체 아민을 유화시킬 수 있는 계면활성제로 구성된 수성 유제와 혼합하며; 생성한 혼합물을 산성으로 만들어 아민을 용해 시키고; 또 마지막으로 소망하는 안료 구리 프탈로시아닌을 처리 혼합물로부터 분리시킴으로써 조 구리 프탈로아닌을 안료 형태로 전환시키는 것을 포함하는 베타형 안료 구리 프탈로시아닌의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 소망하는 구리 프탈로시아닌을 제조하가 위해 무수 프탈산 또는 프탈이미드 보다 과량의 우레아 및 구리 화합물을 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매량이 몰리브덴산 암모늄이 존재하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 무수 과립상의 미리 형성된 구리 프탈로시아닌을 150내지 300°C범위의 온도로 유지시키는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 무수 과립상의 미리 형성된 구리 프탈로시아닌을 방법 단계 a) 동안 일정하게 교반하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 반응 용기가 회전 가능하고 또 단계 a) 동안 회전되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 용기를 무 산소 분위기로 유지시키는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 구리 화합물이 염화 구리인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 기간 동안 반응 용기에서 미리 형성된 구리 프탈로시아닌에 대한 총 원료의 비율이 미리 형성된 구리 프탈로시아닌의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.1내지 20중량%인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a)를 완료한 후 및 단계 b)를 실행하기 전에, 조 구리 프탈로시아닌을 정제하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b)에서 분쇄를 분쇄 보조제 부재하에서 실행하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 분쇄를 볼분쇄기 또는 진동 분쇄기에서 실행하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 분쇄 보조 첨가제, 또는 아민/유제 처리에 대한 개선제가 분쇄 단계 동안 존재하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 첨가제의 양이 분쇄되는 안료의 중량을 기준해서 5% 내지 15중량% 범위인 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 첨가제가 프탈이미드, 무수 트탈산, 수소화 나무 송진, 글리세롤 모노올레에이트 또는 포름산 나트륨인 방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b)에서 조 안료의 분쇄가 비이드 분쇄기를 이용하여 수성 매질에서 실행되는 방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b)에서 분쇄 작업이 구리 프탈로시아닌의 알파 형태로 전환 비율이 20내지 85%에 달하면 중지되는 방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 수성 분쇄가 아민 유제 존재하에서 실행되거나 또는 수성 아민 유제에서 분쇄함으로써 실행되는 방법.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 액체 아민이 C7-C16알킬 모노아민; 일반식RHN(CH2)3NH2(여기서 R이 C12-C15지방족 라디칼임)의 지방족 디아민; 아닐린; 또는 C1-C4알킬 치환된 아닐린인 방법.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 아민의 양이 안료의 중량을 기준해서 5내지 30중량%인 방법.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b)에서 사용된 계면활성제가 알킬벤젠 술포네이트, 탈유불포화 송진, 나무 송진 또는 나무 송진의 유도체의 알칼리 금속 염인 음이온성 계면활성제인 방법.
  22. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 비이온성 계면활성제이고 또 알킬페놀-에틸렌 옥사이드 축합물인 방법.
  23. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 계면활성제의 양이 안료의 중량을 기준해서 1내지 15중량%인 방법.
  24. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 b)에서 분쇄된 물질과 아민/계면활성제 유제의 혼합이 20내지 100°C에서 평균 입도가 1미크론 이하이고 또 실질적으로 안료가 베타 형태로 되기에 충분한 시간 동안 실행되는 방법.
  25. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 산을 부가하는 것에 의해 혼합물의 pH를 1.5로 저하시킴으로서 단계 b)의 혼합물을 산성으로 만드는 방법.
  26. 제21항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 레지네이트가 음이온성 계면활성제로 사용되고 또 산성화 하기 전에 용매/계면활성제 유제를 분해시키기 위해 염을 부가하는 방법.
  27. 제1항에 청구된 방법에 의해 제조되는 안료 구리 프탈로시아닌.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 구리 프탈로시아닌 유도체를 혼입시킨 안료 구리 프탈로시아닌.
  29. 제27항 청구된 안료를 함유하는 오일 인쇄 잉크.
  30. 제27항 청구된 안료를 함유하는 구라비아 잉크, 도료 또는 플라스틱.
