Claims (8)

  1. (a) 트리메틸 알루미늄(TMA)과 트리에틸 알루미늄(TEAL)을 0.3 : 1 내지 3 : 1의 TMA : TEAL 몰비로, 그리고 3 : 1 내지 1 : 2의 총 트리알킬 알루미늄 대 물의 몰비를 제공하는데 충분한 양으로 함유하는 교반용액에 비탈수 실리카겔을 가하여 그 혼합물을 반응시키는 단계; (b) 반응혼합물에 메탈로센을 가하는 단계; (c) 용매를 제거하는 단계; 및 (d) 고체를 자유 유동 분말로 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 지지 메탈로센 알룸옥산 촉매의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비탈수 실리카겔이 6 내지 20중량%의 수분함량을 갖는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 알루미늄 대 상기 메탈로센내의 전이금속의 몰비가 1000 : 1 내지 1 : 1 바람직하게는 300 : 1 내지 10: 1, 특히 150 : 1 내지 30 : 1인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 비탈수 실리카겔이 6 내지 20중량%의 수분함량을 갖고/갖거나 총 트리알킬 알루미늄 대 물의 몰비가 1.2 : 1 내지 0.8 : 1인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 비탈수 실리카겔이 200 내지 400㎡/g의 표면적, 1 내지 2cc/g의 공극부피 및/또는 30μ 내지 60μ의 입자크기를 갖는 방법.
  6. (a) 트리메틸 알루미늄(TMA) 및 트리에틸 알루미늄(TEAL)을 0.3 : 1 내지 3 : 1의 TMA : TEAL 몰비로, 그리고 3 : 1 내지 1 : 2의 총 트리알킬 알루미늄 대 물의 몰비를 제공하는데 충분한 양으로 포함하는 교반용액에 비탈수 실리카겔을 가하여 그 혼합물을 반응시키는 단계; (b) 반응혼합물에 하기 일반식(I), (II) 또는 (III)의 메탈로센을 가하는 단계; (c) 용매를 제거하는 단계; 및 (d) 고체를 자유 유동 분말로 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 에틸렌 및 기타 알파 올레핀 중합용 지지 메탈로센 알룸옥산 촉매의 제조방법.
