Claims (8)
- 디알킬포스파이트 및 에텐-1,2-디카복실 산 디알킬 에스테르를 알칼리성 촉매의 존재하에 0 내지 100℃에서 반응시키고, 상기 수득한 포스포노석신 산 테트라알킬 에스테르를 더 정제하거나 농축시키지 않고 알칼리성 촉매의 존재하에 -20 내지 80℃에서 알킬 아크릴레이트와 반응시켜 2-포스포노부탄-1,2,4-트리카복실 산 펜타알킬에스테르를 형성시키고 상기 수득한 펜타알킬 에스테르를 중간물질을 정제하거나 농축시키지 않고 100 내지 150℃에서 산성 가수분해시킴으로써 포스포노석신 산 테트라알킬 에스테르를 제조함을 특징으로 하여, 유리산 형태의 2-포스포노부탄-1,2,4-트리카복실 산, 또는 산 양성자가 디알킬포스파이트, 에텐-1,2-디카복실산 디알킬 에스테르 및 알킬 아크릴레이트로 부터의 알칼리 금속 양이온으로 완전히 또는 부분적으로 치환된 이의 알칼리 금속 염을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬 에스테르가 동일하거나 서로 독립적으로 메틸 및 에틸 에스테르인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리성 촉매가 알칼리 메탄올레이트 또는 알칼리 에탄올레이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포스포노석신 산 테트라알킬 에스테르를 용매 또는 희석제를 가하여 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포스포노석신 산 테트라알킬 에스테르와 알킬아크릴레이트의 반응을 용매 또는 희석제를 가하여 수행하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 용매 또는 희석제가 메탄올 및/또는 에탄올인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 용매 또는 희석제가 메탄올 및/또는 에탄올인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산성 가수분해가 외부로부터의 산을 전혀 가하지 않는 자체-촉매화인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
