Claims (22)

  1. 각 층이 나란히 놓여진 다수의 단일방향의 비직조사로 이루어지고, 적어도 몇몇의 서로 다른 층의 실이 서로 다른 방향으로 뻗어 있으며, 상기한 층들이 서로 꿰매어지고, 그러한 꿰매기에 앞서 보강재료내에 또는 보강재료와 함께 기질을 합체시켜서, 복수의 중첩된 층을 가지는 보강재료를 생산하는 것을 포함하는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 층들이 편물에 의해 함께 꿰매어지는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 각 층의 실이 상기한 꿰매기에 의해 서로 고정된 관계로 지탱되는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기질이 열 가소성이나 열 경화성 수지재료, 또는 금속이나 세라믹 재료인 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 직조되거나 직조되지 아니한 시이트, 필름, 엷은직물, 리본 또는 테이프가 상기 층의 적어도 둘 사이에 삽입되고, 그리고/또는 보강재료의 적어도 하나의 외측표면에 덕대어지며, 상기 층과 꿰매어지는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 시이트, 필름, 엷은 직물, 리본 또는 테이프가 기포재료 또는 폴리에스터, 기타의 열경화성 플라스틱 재료인 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 기질이 상기 층의 적어도 두 개의 층사이에 삽입되고, 그리고/또는 중첩된 층의 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 외측 표면에 덧대어지며, 상기 층과 함께 꿰매어지는, 열 가소성 재료로된 필름, 시이트, 리본 또는 테이프로 되는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 열 가소성 재료로 된 상기 필름, 시이트, 리본 또는 테이프가 보강재료의 각 인접층 사이에 삽입되는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 합성수지 기질로 상기 보강재료를 채우는 것을 포함하는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 보강재료의 적어도 한쪽의 외측 표면에 합성수지 기질의 도포부를 붙이는 것을 포함하는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 코팅부가 끈적끈적하고 그위에 박리지가 붙여진 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  12. 제9항, 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지 재료가 열 경화성 수지재료인 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 실이 유리제로 되는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 제12항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 실이 유리 섬유, 탄소 섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 세라믹 섬유, 금속, 폴리에틸렌 또는 그들의 혼합물로 되는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  15. 제1항 내지 제14항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 실에 열 가소성 수지재료로 되는 실이 합체 되거나 산재되는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  16. 제1항 내지 제15항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 적어도 몇몇의 실은 보강용 실로 되는 심재, 심재 주위의 기질층 및 기질층 주위의 외측 덧씌우개 또는 층을 포함하는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  17. 제1항 내지 제16항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 층의 적어도 두 개 층의 실이 서로 90°로 뻗어 있는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 또 다른 층의 실이 상기 적어도 두 개 층의 적어도 하나의 실에 대하여 45°내지90°의 각도로 뻗는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 층들이 실이 첫 번째 방향으로 뻗는 층, 실이 첫 번째 방향과 90°를 이루는 두 번째 방향으로 뻗는 층, 실이 첫 번째 방향과 45°를 이루는 세 번째 방향으로 뻗는 층, 그리고 실이 첫 번째 방향에 대하여는 45°를 이루고 세 번째 방향에는 90°를 이루는 층을 포함하는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 보강재료가 등방성인 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  21. 제1항 내지 제19항에 있어서, 보강재료의 상이한 부분에 서로 다른 강도특성을 부여하기 위해 상기 층들의 적어도 하나의 실이 그 층의 상이한 부분에 서로 다른 밀도로 놓여지는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
  22. 제1항 내지 제21항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 꿰맴작업에 앞서 상기 층들사이의 선택된 위치에 보강재료의 조각들을 삽입하는 것을 포함하는 성형가능 복합재료의 생산방법.
