Description
Claims (25)
- 第1面と第2面とを有するスクリム(10)を含み、第1面と第2面とを有するサブアセンブリ(20)と、
少なくとも前記サブアセンブリ(20)の第1面および第2面の少なくともいずれかに取り付けた綿(16,19)と、
前記サブアセンブリ(20)と前記綿(16,19)とを包み込む高分子樹脂(70)とを含むコンベアベルトであって、
前記サブアセンブリは、さらに、長手方向に対して第1角度で配向され、多数平行に横たわる第1糸(13,131)であって、前記スクリム(10)の第1面および第2面のいずれかに重ねられた第1糸と、
前記長手方向に対して前記第1角度と異なる第2角度で配向され、多数平行に横たわる第2糸(13,132)であって、前記第1糸(13,131)の層の上に層状に配置された第2糸(13,132)と、
前記長手方向に対して前記第1角度および前記第2角度と異なる第3角度で配向され、多数平行に横たわる第3糸(13,133)であって、前記第2糸(13,132)の層の上に層状に配置された第3糸(13,133)とを含み、
前記第1糸、前記第2糸および前記第3糸(13,133)は、前記スクリム(10)の前記第1面および前記第2面の少なくともいずれかに取り付けられていることを特徴とするコンベアベルト。 - 前記多数平行に横たわる第1糸(13,131)は、400〜4000のデニールを有する請求項1に記載のコンベアベルト。
- 前記スクリム(10)は、271g/m2から814g/m2の間の重量を有する請求項1または2に記載のコンベアベルト。
- 前記第1角度は、前記長手方向に対して0°、+45°、−45°または90°である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のコンベアベルト。
- 前記第1角度、前記第2角度および前記第3角度は、前記長手方向に対してそれぞれ、+45°、−45°および90°である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のコンベアベルト。
- 前記スクリム(10)は、ステッチボンドされた平行に横たわる糸(110,113)を有する請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のコンベアベルト。
- 前記スクリム(10)は、平織りである請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のコンベアベルト。
- 前記スクリム(10)は、多層織り合わせスクリムである請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のコンベアベルト。
- 前記綿(16,19)は、約67g/m2から3391g/m2の間の重量を有する請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のコンベアベルト。
- 前記第1糸、第2糸および第3糸(13,131,132,133)は、前記スクリム(10)の前記第1面および前記第2面の少なくともいずれかに取り付けられている請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のコンベアベルト。
- 前記綿(16,19)は、前記サブアセンブリ(20)の両面に針打ちされている請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のコンベアベルト。
- 前記第1糸、第2糸および第3糸(13,131,132,133)は、3方向である請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のコンベアベルト。
- さらに、前記長手方向に対して、前記第1角度、前記第2角度および前記第3角度と異なる0°から180°の間の第4角度で配向され、多数平行に横たわる第4糸を含む請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のコンベアベルト。
- 前記綿(16,19)は、原繊維(42)によって形成され、前記原繊維は個々が絡み合って固まっている請求項1から13のいずれかに記載のコンベアベルト。
- 第1面と第2面とを有するスクリム(10)を準備し、
前記スクリム(10)の第1面および第2面のいずれかに、長手方向に対して第1角度で配向して、多数平行に横たわる第1糸(13,131)を重ね、
前記第1糸(13,131)の上に、前記長手方向に対して前記第1角度と異なる第2角度で配向して、多数平行に横たわる第2糸(13,132)を配置し、
前記第2糸(13,132)の上に、前記長手方向に対して前記第1角度および前記第2角度と異なる第3角度で配向して、多数平行に横たわる第3糸(13,133)を配置し、
前記第1糸、前記第2糸および前記第3糸(13,131,132,133)を、前記スクリム(10)の前記第1面および前記第2面の少なくともいずれかに取り付けて、第1面および第2面を有するサブアセンブリ(20)を形成し、
前記サブアセンブリ(20)の前記第1面および前記第2面の少なくともいずれかに綿(16,19)を取り付け、
前記サブアセンブリ(20)および前記綿(16,19)を、高分子材料(70)で包み込んでコンベアベルトを形成する、コンベアベルトの製造方法。 - 前記スクリム(10)は、平織りである請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記スクリム(10)は、多層織り合わせスクリムである請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記綿を、前記サブアセンブリ(20)に針打ちして取り付ける請求項15から17のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記サブアセンブリ(20)および前記綿(16,19)を、熱固定する請求項15から18のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記熱固定したサブアセンブリ(20)および前記綿(16,19)を、液体高分子(70)を浸潤させることで包み込み、浸潤したベルト(75)を形成する請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記熱固定したサブアセンブリ(20)および前記綿(16,19)を、圧延する請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記浸潤したベルト(75)を、前記高分子が硬化するのに十分な温度に加熱した平板圧搾機(80)を通過させる請求項20または21に記載の方法。
- 前記第1糸、第2糸および第3糸(13,131,132,133)を、前記スクリム(10)の前記第1面および前記第2面の少なくともいずれかに取り付ける請求項15から22のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記綿(16,19)は、前記サブアセンブリ(20)の両面に取り付ける請求項15から23のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1角度、前記第2角度および前記第3角度は、前記長手軸に対してそれぞれ、+45°、−45°および90°である請求項15から24のいずれかに記載の方法。
