Claims (3)
- 화산회의 비표면적과 90℃의 샤펠시험에 의한 석회 응고력 및 50℃의 샤펠 시험에 의한 석회 응고력을 측정한 후, 50℃의 샤펠시험에서 화산회 그람당 흡수된 석회량과 화산회의 비표면적의 비율을 계산하고, 상이한 측정값 및 수득한 비율로부터, 화산회가 숙성된 후 혼합된 복합재료의 기계적 특성을 보유할 능력을 산정함을 특징으로 하여, 시멘트 및 유리섬유를 함유하는 복합재료중에 혼합된 화산회(예:메타카올린)를 선택하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 90℃의 샤펠시험에서 화산회 그람당 CaO 700mg이상의 석회 응고력, 50℃의 샤펠시험에서 화산회 그람당 CaO 200mg이상의 석회 응고력, 및 50℃의 샤펠시험에 의한 화산회 그람당 흡수된 석회량과 화산회의 비표면적 사이에 화산회 ㎡당 CaO 약 10mg이상 및 유리하게는 CaO 12mg 이상의 비율을 나타내는 화산회를 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 비표면적이 그람당 10 내지 20㎡인 화산회를 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
