Abstract

본 발명은 인조구석(球石) 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본발명은 비중이 낮되 강도가 높고 내구성이 좋은 탈색용 구석을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명은 인조구석은 퍼라이트 또는 퍼라이트-플라이애쉬 혼합물 100중량부, 규산소다 70-100부, 장석 5-10부, 소다회 2-6부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명의 제조방법은 상기 조성이 혼합물을 성형하여 800℃-1000℃의 온도에서 약 200분간 소성시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 퍼라이트 또는 퍼라이트-플라이 애쉬 혼합물100중량부, 규산소다 70-100부, 장석 5-10부, 소다회 2-6부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조구석.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 퍼라이트와 프라이 애쉬의 혼합비율이 100 : 10-100중량비인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조구석.
  3. 퍼라이트 또는 퍼라이트-플라이 애쉬 혼합물100중량부, 규산소다 70-100부, 장석 5-10부, 소다회 2-6부로 구성된 조성물을 성형하여 800-1000℃의 온도에서 약 20분간 소성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 인조구석의 제조방법.
