The cement may be Portland, aluminous-, pozzolana-, slag-, cement, gypsum or hydraulic lime. The glass fibre may be mixed with polyethylene oxide gel before adding to the cement. A filler, e.g. pulverized fuel ash, vermiculite or perlite may also be included.
