Claims (5)

  1. 주형 상태에서 얇은 두께를 가지며, 강은 주형 통로로 주입되며 횡단면에서 부분적으로 응고되어 있는 스트랜드는 롤서쌍 사이로 안내되고 구동되는 롤러에 의해 제거되고 단일의 롤러는 롤로쌍에 의해 스트랜드에 대해 유압식으로 변형되도록 조절될 수 있는 슬래브를 제조하기 위한 연속주조 방법에 있어서, 구동되는 롤러의 회전수, 소모 전류 및 롤러의 접촉압력이 고려되어 레귤레이터에 안내되며, 구동되는 롤러의 각 회전수를 결정하는 레귤레이터는 부가된 레귤레이터에 의해 조절될 수 있으며, 스톱에 대해 조절될 수 있는 스트랜드의 두께를 결정하여 스트랜드의 이미 응고된 구역에서 변형시키는 작용을 하는 적어도 하나의 롤러쌍은 스트랜드의 최종 크기 및 배출 속도를 결정하고, 앞 및/또는 옆에 배치되어 있는 롤러는 스톱에 대해 조절 가능한 롤러에 의해 발생된 스트랜드의 형 변화에 따라 그 구동체의 회전수와 소모전류가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬래브를 제조하기 위한 연속주조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 부가되어 있는 레귤레이터는 계산기 이며, 이 계산기는 단일의 레귤레이터가 제공한 소정치를 연속 주조 장치의 가능한 측정치로 부터 측정되며 변형되는 롤러의 가능한 한 작은 롤러 하중과 롤러의 작은 접촉 압력을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬래브를 제조하기 위한 연속 주조 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소모전류, 스트랜드의 반력 및 롤러 거리의 측정치로 부터 응고 부분의 단부 위치가 결정되고 조절 가능한 롤러의 접촉 압력의 조절 되며, 상기 응고 부분의 단부는 소정 거리가 떨어져 있도록 스톱에 대해 조절 가능한 적어도 하나의 롤러쌍앞에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬래브를 제조하기 위한 연속 주조 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 계산기는 주형 속도, 강온도 및 주형될 용융물의 강품질과 작은 연속 주조 장치의 측정치로 부터 단일의 레귤레이터에 제공할 소정 치수를 계산해 내는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬래브를 제조하기 위한 연속 주조 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 롤러의 회전수는 3개 그룹을 만드는 서로 인접해 배치되며 롤러중 제1 및 제3롤러의 회전수에 의해 결정되는 평균치에 의해 구동되는 조사되어 수정되며, 상기 중간 롤러의 회전수는 허용 오차 범위내에서 상기 평균치와 일치되며 이 평균치는 제1롤러와 제3롤러의 회전수의 차이 보다 크지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬래브를 제조하기 위한 연속 주조 방법.
