온도감응형 유체식 팬 커플링 장치

제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예로써 열감응형 유체식 팬 커플링 장치의 수직 부분 절개 단면도.
제2도는 본 발명의 주요부위에 관한 것으로서 댐의 개폐 상태를 확대한 도면.
제3도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 댐이 닫힌 상태를 나타내는 도면.

Claims (6)

  1. 커버 및 케이싱에 의해 형성된 밀폐박스와, 상기 커버는 한단에 구동디스크와 그 외주에 부착된 냉각 팬을 구비한 회전샤프트에 의해 베어링을 통해 지지되고, 오일 유동 조절구멍을 구비하고 상기 밀폐박스를 오일실 및 안에 구동디스크를 내장한 토크 전달실로 분류하고 상기 구동 디스크의 외주와 마주 연결되어 아이들 오일실을 제공하는 격판과, 오일이 상기 구동 디스크의 회전시에 수집되는 디스크의 외주에 접한 밀폐박스의 내주면 일부에 제공된 댐과, 상기 토크 전달실과 오일실 사이에 소통되도록 및 흡입포트와 배출포트를 구비한 오일 순환통로와, 주변온도가 상기 온도감응 부재를 휘게하는데 소정치를 초과할시, 밸브 수단은 상기 격판의 오일 유동 조절구멍을 개방하고, 주변온도가 상기 소정치 이하로 떨어질 때, 상기 오일 유동 조절구멍을 닫도록 상기 커버의 전면에 형성된 온도 감응 부재의 휨에 감응되어 작동하는 밸브수단으로 구성되어, 토크는 상기 구동 디스크, 케이싱 및 커버의 마주보는 면들 사이에 형성된 토크 전달갭에서 오일의 접촉영역의 변화에 기인해서 상기 회전샤프트로부터 밀폐박스까지 전달되는 온도감응형 유체식 팬 커플링 장치에 있어서, 상기 댐은 회전 방향으로 진행되고 가해진 소정의 원심력으로 순환통로를 개폐하는 기구로써 역할을 하도록 상기 순환통로의 흡입포트에 인접한 위치에서 상기 아이들 오일실내에 제공된 판형 요동 스트립으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도감응형 유체식 팬 커플링 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개폐기구는 상기 판형 요동 스트립의 중앙부위에 부착된 핀, 상기 요동 스트립의 한단에 부착된 웨이트, 사익 요동 스트립의 회전부 중앙을 향해 상기 웨이트를 일정하게 움직이게 하는 스프링 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도감응형 유체식 팬 커플링 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판형 요동 스트립은 적어도 그 한단에 연마방지 부위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도감응형 유체식 팬 커플링 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조댐은 둘레방향으로 대략 상기 오일 순환통로의 흡입포트에 인접한 위치에 있는 상기 아이들 오일실내에 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 온도감응형 유체식 팬 커플링 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 수단은 상기 판형 요동 스트립의 한단과 상기 밀폐박스의 내벽 사이에 가해진 긴장 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도감응형 유체식 팬 커플링 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 수단은 상기 보조댐과 판형 요동 스트립 사이에 가해진 압축 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도감응형 유체식 팬 커플링 장치.
